Marq at the Pinehills

Wonderful experience. Everyone so nice. The maintenance person was very responsive and kind. Overall, a welcoming experience. The grounds are very well kept. Looking forward to spending time at the pool. fire pit, the gym and meeting residents.

The community is amazing here with residents throwing a potluck on fridays, pool yoga when its warm and bingo on certain week nights. If you love dogs then this is the perfect place to live. From a resident great dane to the smallest pug there are so many friendly animals that would love pets.

I love living here. The staff is phenomenal and the building and grounds are so well kept.

I absolutely love living here! Everyone is extremely friendly and polite. Looking forward to meeting new people! I have yet to join any events or clubs but would love to.

From the initial research of the property to the final move in date, the process was seamless. The staff at the complex were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I may have had at the time.

The Marq is getting old and appliances are breaking and hopefully we’ll get new ones sometime soon. The office is great. It’s a fun place to live.

There are definitely some improvements to be made. The property itself is nice, but many amenities/features of living in a professionally managed community are not what they seem.

Excellent experience on our recent move in to the apartment complex. The staff has been very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was also well maintained and ready for our arrival.

I had high hopes for The Marq at The Pinehills, but my experience fell short. While the amenities like the pool and clubhouse are appealing, the day-to-day living conditions left much to be desired.? Noise was a constant issue, with ongoing construction and machinery disrupting the peace. Maintenance requests were often delayed, and some issues remained unresolved. Additionally, the quality of materials used in the apartments, such as the carpeting, felt subpar for the price point.? For the premium rent charged, I expected a higher standard of living and more responsive management. Unfortunately, The Marq didn't meet those expectations.

Great move in experience- very helpful office staff and maintenance. Happy to be here at the Marq and looking forward to the pool/ gym amenities.

Rent prices are too high compared with what we get Appliances are not “luxury” Even though we are listed as a luxury apt. Paint/carpets/flooring is cheap Little outdoor area

Overall great living experience - wonderful, approachable staff who do their best to meet your needs as a resident. Noise well controlled. Friendly neighbors/familiar faces around the building. Consistent clean, fresh environment.

Over-all nice place to live. Nice community, good amenities. Nice units spacious, love they have a deck and a storage space. 3rd year living here and enjoying it.

People with pets tend to not respect the outdoor spaces in terms of picking up dog poop. The courtyard and grass along the sidewalks are constantly covered with piles.

The apartment community has been so welcoming and friendly. The only complaint I have is nobody picks up The dog poop! Other than that the buildings are extremely clean and the common areas are gorgeous.

I’m so happy we found the Marq! Such a dog friendly community, my fiancé and I (and our pup) love it here! I’m so happy we found this place, it truly feels like home.

The office Staff and maintenance personnel are kind and quick to respond. The common areas are clean and maintained, and there is adequate parking most of the time.

Signing my lease and moving in was made easy with the help of the leasing office! Upon moving in a few dings in the apartment were immediately fixed (I moved in earlier than planned). All the staff have been friendly and very resourceful! The complex is clean and well kept and feels safe!

Nice community, amazing staff, minor issues across the board including disorganized mail room, minor maintenance issues, and lots of changing hands of the actual apartment complex company.

The best amenities and the most space for the best price. I absolutely adore the Marq and it's community. All the animals and their owners are super friendly.

I love it here. This was a big move for me, downsizing from my home with all the responsibilities and moving here where all your concerns are taken care of . I couldn't ask for anything better. The management team is excellent. The other tenants are very friendly, and all the amenities you have to offer make it the perfect home

Living here at The Marq has been a pleasure since June, 2024. As a first-time rental resident, I did not know what to expect. Every aspect of living here, from our perfectly-sized apartment, to its dog-friendly atmosphere, to the exceptional management staff who caters to our every need as "newbies" here. The service requests are expertly completed quickly, always with fun and kindness. With more folks buying online, it is a consideration for review in the near future! This will be our home as a retired couple. It's easy-living at its best, in one of the best communities in Massachusetts!

I have been here for five years and am glad I made the decision to live here five years ago. Everyone here from the office crew and the maintenance crew are always there when you need them.

The Marq at Pinehills is a very unique and enjoyable living environment. The apartments are well built and the layout demonstrates lots of good planning.

We are extremely happy that we chose the Marq as our new home. The entire experience has been amazing. The staff and residents are all very welcoming.

So far, I love it here! My unit had some dings and scratches with some peeling on the cabinets, but I kind of expect that in apartments. Would have been nice if they fixed that before I moved in though. Also I wish there were more dumpsters throughout the complex so you don't have to walk across the complex to take the trash out. But otherwise, it is gorgeous here!

The office staff are very nice and helpful. I am not local yet but they are making my experience very easy. The apartments seem like they maybe very nice and sophisticated. I’m looking forward to making my move very soon!

Lately I'm finding more and more people to talk with in this community and I absolutely adore all the 4 legged friends I meet daily. The grounds are beautiful and always flourishing with some sort of tree, bush, or flower so it doesn't even feel like winter has started. I can't imagine any other place being called home.

Excellent community, beautiful landscape close to quaint markets and boutiques. Being a resident at pine hills leaves me with a sense of true community. I could not be happier that i moved!

The building is clean and all the residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. The amenities like the coffee maker in the lobby are a plus!

Time flies when you're having fun! I have been here for five months. My neighbors are my friends. I feel so at home, enriched by this community, and incredibly grateful for the natural beauty surrounding me. I love the serenity I experience and the kindness of everyone around me. The administrative and maintenance staff are always ready help with true professionalism. It is a pleasure to interact with them. Thank you for what you do to keep us safe and comfortable.

So far, and 2 months into Renting our first apartment, it has been a very pleasurable and positive experience. The Staff is always there for us, Gina, Jake and Amanda, and including the Maintenance staff, JP, Paul and George. They have been there to fix our issues right away, with kindness , smiles and efficiency. Our many visting guests have also been impressed with the entire building, amenities, pool and landscaping. I am very happy as a resident of the Marq. If I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of in a timely fashion and all the workers are very helpful and friendly!!

This place is great. My family and I are very happy here. I will telling my friends and family about this place. Also the management has been a pleasure to deal with.

Overall great experience for myself and my children - friendly and caring neighbors, residents, and staff, safe and clean environment, cozy close knit community, safe environment. I know everyone works hard and we are all busy but there have been some sloppy maintenance problems in my apt that i believe could make a difference one way or the other for people entering as a resident at Marq. But again, overall great community of people and pleasant experience.

The friendliest community I have ever been in and it's absolutely stunning too! I love sitting on my porch early mornings to watch the sun rise and my pups enjoy life to their fullest making friends daily.

The apartment is quieter than I thought and I’m very pleased with the Marq. The reason I did not provide a five star review is the absence of a welcome tour. It was challenging to locate the whereabouts of the trash/recycle and mail centers. In addition, it would have been helpful to include instructions on how to operate the visitor’s keypad in the welcome package.

Outstanding staff and great neighbors and great location. We can walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool and gym are super convenient. The walking trails are right out of our doors making a great convenience. The lobby coffee machine is a great asset to have and makes all different kinds of drinks.

It has always been a retirement dream for us to live in The Pinehills, and it has become a reality. Renting was also a wish after being a Homeowner for many years. We looked at many communities and The Marq was the most attractive for our needs.

After living here for almost 2 weeks, we have enjoyed Apartment living so far, after having owned homes for many years. It's a great place to reitire to, and am recommending it to many friends.

This is a great community where the staff is caring and the residents look out for one another. There are many activities and amenities. Moving here was the best decision I ever made.

The property management team is attentive. The residents are friendly. I love the in-building amenties; and the location is walking distance to several local amenities.
