The building is always immaculate, the staff of literally the BEST, and the community is so kind and loving. It’s definitely a plus that there are so many cute dogs around to enjoy!
I love living here at the Marq. When I first came here I loved the warm colors and decor that made it feel like home. The staff were kind and welcoming. I love the set up of my appartment and the surrounding area of the Pinehills in general.
Wrote a review in year one for us (2016-2017). It was outstanding when the Hanover owned it.
Loved living here for 3 wonderful years! I’ve made lots of friends and connections. I hope to live her for more years to come. This community is amazing!
Everyone around the complex is really nice and the technicians that came in and did the upgrades did such a nice job. It’s an overall great community.

I love it here, the other residents are friendly and helpful, I feel very safe, my apartment is just what I was looking for.
While I haven't moved in yet, the leasing experience so far has been great. Extremely easy, Gina has been very responsive and helpful. The online experience has been smooth. All in all, very enjoyable.
We love it here. All the amenities are great. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is wonderful, responsive, and accommodating. The maintenance staff are great. It's nice to see the building is being updated.
The MARQ is a great community however there is room for improvement The landscaping leaves much to be desired. The amount of dog excrement is discusting. The stairwells have smelly stained carpets and peeling paint on handrails.
I haven't received my water bill since I moved in in March. I addressed concerns 2 months in about getting hit with a giant water bill after time and was told dont worry about it. Now all of a sudden in September, I am starting to get charged for all these months that have passed.
Overall great experience other than the people above us. They might be the most frustrating neighbors ever. Other than that we love it here, we love the location and the community its unique and perfect for us. The apartment space itself is great and provides plenty of space

The Marq is a lovely apartment complex - being accessible to all the amenities in the building and those available in Pinehills is a big plus - Cosmetically there are a few areas that need attention, but most people here are very friendly and helpful. I have loved living at the Marq. The office staff with Amanda, Gina and Jake are excellent and really care About the residents.The new maintenance crew is also friendly,efficient and so necessary here.Being 9 years plus living here various things pop up that need replacing Happy to finally see the corridors,walls and rugs being painted and updated. In great need, A step in the right direction if we want to call these Luxury Apartments with all the competition. Next , the mail room is a disaster. Very frustrating the time needed to find a package. Also the trash situation needs help. Hopefully the new owners will continue to address the needs at the Marq.

All staff members are great! 3 years here now and the office staff and the maintenance staff have been outstanding! The building is welcoming, clean and always cheerful The gym is very well set up and has all equipment I may need! I love that I can always get coffee or hot chocolate in the lobby/ kitchen …especially helpful if I’ve run out! The landscaping

Overall great place to live. Apartments are nice as is the location. Sound proofing could be a lot better as I often hear my upstairs neighbor walking around. They also just keep on building more and more buildings around the area which isn’t great… going to eventually get too busy for its own good. Happy with my two years here overall.

The community is amazing here with residents throwing a potluck on fridays, pool yoga when its warm and bingo on certain week nights. If you love dogs then this is the perfect place to live. From a resident great dane to the smallest pug there are so many friendly animals that would love pets.

I had high hopes for The Marq at The Pinehills, but my experience fell short. While the amenities like the pool and clubhouse are appealing, the day-to-day living conditions left much to be desired.? Noise was a constant issue, with ongoing construction and machinery disrupting the peace. Maintenance requests were often delayed, and some issues remained unresolved. Additionally, the quality of materials used in the apartments, such as the carpeting, felt subpar for the price point.? For the premium rent charged, I expected a higher standard of living and more responsive management. Unfortunately, The Marq didn't meet those expectations.

People with pets tend to not respect the outdoor spaces in terms of picking up dog poop. The courtyard and grass along the sidewalks are constantly covered with piles.

The apartment community has been so welcoming and friendly. The only complaint I have is nobody picks up The dog poop! Other than that the buildings are extremely clean and the common areas are gorgeous.

The office Staff and maintenance personnel are kind and quick to respond. The common areas are clean and maintained, and there is adequate parking most of the time.

Signing my lease and moving in was made easy with the help of the leasing office! Upon moving in a few dings in the apartment were immediately fixed (I moved in earlier than planned). All the staff have been friendly and very resourceful! The complex is clean and well kept and feels safe!

A beautiful community. This was my number one choice while apartment hunting, I couldn't be happier to have gotten a unit here. So many amenities as well including restaurants, shops, pool, gym, etc.
