I moved into my apartment July 15th with the help of the Community Manager Taylor, she was beyond fantastic in terms of communication and professionalism. I did have a maintenance issue come up on day 1 that was immediately resolved by Cameron and Evan. Maintenance is on top of things and I couldn’t be happier. The addition of Brandi to the staff has continued to make living here a great experience. I recommend it to all!

It is in a quiet area that is accessable to the highway, stores, gas stations, and main roads for convience to get around. The community is kept up with and easy to navigate. The parking lot is beautifully kept up with and provides lots of parking.

This has been a beautiful place to live with immenities close by! Easy access to shopping, dental care, and pet supplies, and food! I’m 82 years old and this has been my first dwelling since my arrival to Colorado Springs! I highly recommend The Marq!

My hot water has been out for over two weeks. I have spoken with the office and gone all the way up to Griffis Blessing. They don’t care. There is no communication and no compensation. It is the worst to take ice cold showers for two weeks. Clothes don’t get clean, dishes don’t get clean. To top it all off, my water bill has gone UP?!?! I should get this months rent free. But they don’t care.
