Dont do it

Mice. Poor maintenance. Overcharged on my rent several times with no explanation. My neighbor moved out 2 weeks ago. Her whole living room is sitting out in the walkway . Mice have ravaged it along with folks passing by and the occasional drug addict. Needles all over the parking lot. They came and put a handrail on the stairs next to my apartment and the brick fell apart.. that hasn't been fixed in a month. There was a dead decomposed rabbit in the laundry room for months along with poorly working machines. Neighbors are loud nosey and disrespectful. Caught two different neighbor with hands cupped looking into my apartment in broad daylight. Adults and children will come sit on your porch your furniture. Leave a huge mess, then have the apartment management come and hassle you about it. They have gardeners come every blue moon to tidy up the yard. They blow leaves and dust through your windows. Upon moving in, the carpet was old and stained as well as the walls. Holes and an unfinished stove. After 3 months they fixed the stove. And my cieling caved in in my bathroom. They came and fixed that right away but then the wall is poorly closed up and unpainted.There is a tragic mold problem here, especially after The poor ceiling replacement. The walls on the side of my rub and sink are welted and falling apart. I ve fixed them my self like 3 times. But now this section of dry wall is falling apart. The water tastes odd. Like straight up iron. And sometimes has a reddish tint. Over the years they seemed to get better updating their website. Hiring new management. But the website charges twice on my utilities. Then I get a 100$ late fee for bein late. And they don't retract the fees. Can't even explain how horrible it's been to live here. The only benefit is they delt with my credit. Little to no credit. Im a new student. And then the access to the light rail and near by shopping centers. One lady from management is extremely disrespectful. And caution those with a pet-peeve for unprofessionalism.

Baited and Switched

I moved in a year ago. They offered free internet and satellite TV. They said they had a delay of someone moving out so I had to throw my stuff in storage for 2 weeks and live in an Air Bnb. When I moved in they put me in a different apartment with no dishwasher. The air conditioning and light switches in the apartment didn't work. These repairs and several others never happened. They don't do maintenance and ignore what's written on the lease. They charged month to month fees while I was still on the lease. These people do not have any follow through.
