Property Ratings at Marlowe Wellington
Do NOT trust this leasing office with your money. We applied at Marlowe Wellington and later canceled our application. The leasing agent, Joel, confirmed in writing that our deposit refund would be sent within 2–3 weeks. It has now been over 4 weeks with no refund, no update, and no follow-through. No one answers the phone, emails go ignored, and the leasing office appears to dodge any attempt to get a status update. We’ve had to escalate to Greystar Corporate because the property refuses to communicate or return our money. Terrible professionalism and zero accountability. If this is how they treat prospective residents, I can only imagine how current residents are treated. Avoid this place.
