When you walk in the front door of the Marlowe apartments lobby, you look around and say “wow”! It’s so beautiful and the attention to detail in the lobby, for the amenities , the gathering spaces and the apartments is like a high end hotel . We have lived here for a year and 1/2 and it feels like I’m on vacation.! We love the staff and the care they take to make it a great experience here at Marlowe! The location is perfect; the CWE is walkable and has so many cute shops, fun street musicians , and restaurants . Highly recommend!
I moved in over a year ago and this is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in. The staff here is absolutely top notch, especially Penny and Lily who have been super responsive and helpful. The building itself is new and as well maintained as other luxury apartments I've lived in before so no complaints there.

I can’t say enough about how amazing the Marlowe is. Penny, Lily, and Ethan have always been so accommodating and welcoming. I really liked the complex. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Lily is exceptional.
staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew is quick to address any requests. The building's location is also a plus, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, my experience so far has been excellent and I would highly recommend The Marlowe to anyone looking for a modern and comfortable place to call home.

What A beautiful building with an excellent, attentive staff!
I had the pleasure of staying here and in the short time I did, their service was immaculate. Ethan & Lily are the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. If it wasn’t for Ethan I wouldn’t have had made it in time to move in. Stop searching any other places and just book here. Such an exquisite place! They will make sure all your needs are met while doing so with a smile on their face!

We toured ~ ten apartments in the CWE, and after reading reviews, working with the leasing team, and seeing the experience, we landed at the Marlowe and couldn't be happier. Staff - Lily, Penny, and the Marlowe staff have been amazing. We joined the Marlowe for the experience, and this team has made the Marlowe feel like home. They are professional, fast to address any concerns, and are always thinking of the next event to bring the community together. Building & Amenities - After touring almost ten apartments, it was evident that the Marlowe was the best furnished and constructed property we'd seen. In the nine months we've been here, we haven't had a single noise issue with neighbors or outside noise from the courtyard. The amenities here are, hands down, the best in the CWE. Pool, putting green, amazing gym, and so much more.

The Marlowe has been nothing short of amazing! We are the OG’s! Moving in here in March while construction was still going, you wouldn’t think it would be so smooth…well, it was. The Marlowe team was so attentive to anything and everything while things were still getting finished. This just goes to show how awesome and caring they are. Lily and Penny are so awesome! If you have any second guesses of calling this place home, don’t think any more! The Marlowe has such a wonderful team, neighbors, and atmosphere. Truly an amazing experience!
