6 month update on living here and it's been a wonderful experience. The place is brand new and the people working here are amazing. Just had an incident with the dish washer . They came in the very next day to check it and when they realized they needed to replace it . Darius,Paul and Terri had it ordered and setup within 2 days. The leasing office is super friendly and helpful too.

This is the best property! It is the perfect location in lower southend (LOSO). The management team is very friendly and actually care about residents needs. If you are looking for a new community with fantastic resident events, look no further!

I love it here. The spaces are clean and beautiful. They’re all new and updated. It’s a great location so close to the light rail. t night, it’s always so well lit and I feel safe walking around here. All the residents are so kind
