Marlowe Lake Manatee is a fantastic place to live! Located in the Lakewood Ranch area of Bradenton, the apartments are modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. I love the hardwood-style floors, spacious kitchens with prep islands, quartz countertops, and the convenience of in-unit washers and dryers. The community amenities are also a huge plus—there’s a beautiful heated pool with a sundeck, a 24-hour fitness center, a summer kitchen with outdoor dining, a cozy fireside lounge, a game room, co-working spaces, and even a dog park with a grooming station. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. Highly recommend!

I’ve literally never been in an “office” that had such an off putting negative energy. It felt like the one in the front was new and trying to prove herself, but she just keep talking and talking and putting down the associate I was actually working with. A hard no for me. They need to get it together.

I cannot say enough great things about Marlowe Lake Manatee and the outstanding service we received from Brian!
