The staff is friendly, and the neighborhood is peaceful and clean. Despite neighbors frequently complaining about noise, I’ve been enjoying my stay so far. It’s a calm area, and the staff is always helpful. Overall, a good place to live.

Great location. The amenities are superb. The complex is always clean and maintained. The staff are very helpful. There’s always an event of some kind. Such as food trucks, and wine glass painting.

Marlowe has a friendly staff, great fitness room and amenities. So far so good. Food trucks come in handy…especially the Acai Berry truck!!! There is never a dull moment! From fitness fit groups to kind gestures like bagels and coffee…Oh and lets not forget the complimentary coffee.

I can’t say enough good things about Marlowe Gateway! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the manager, Katie, is truly outstanding. She’s always willing to listen, offer support, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. The events here are a major highlight – they’re fun, well-organized, and really help build a sense of community. It’s one of those little touches that makes living here feel extra special. The gym is awesome – clean, modern, and never too crowded. The office is always beautifully kept, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere every time I stop by. One of my favorite things about Marlowe Gateway is how pet-friendly it is. My fur child is always greeted with love, and it’s clear the team truly cares about both two- and four-legged residents. Location-wise, it’s super convenient – close enough to downtown and just a short trip to Trader Joe’s (my personal favorite!). Plus, maintenance is always prompt, efficient, and friendly. I love living at Marlowe Gateway! The neighborhood is clean, quiet. I enjoy the using the amenities like the pool, gym and dog park. Our apartment is also very spacious with lots of storage.

This community is in a great location in between Tampa and St. Petersburg. The drivability to either downtown Tampa or St. Pete is great. The apartment staff was always helpful when you needed assistance, and my personal favorite was always the gym here.

Good place to live! Nice neighborhood close to downtown st. Pete. Gym is super nice compared to other apartments. Not very noisy the pool and neighbors are great.

While the clubhouse and pool areas are well-maintained, the open-air hallways and stairwells are often dirty, with cobwebs hanging on walls, near doors, and in corners. The windows under the blue awnings look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages, giving the property a neglected feel beyond the main amenities. Maintenance has also been an issue—despite a clear request, no one notified me before entering my unit for a recent inspection. The road in front of the complex feels more like a racetrack; it’s unpleasant to walk along and late-night drag racing has led to multiple 2 a.m. wake-ups. Finally, although it’s advertised as a gated community, the gates are always open at night, which doesn’t offer much of a sense of security. There are some positives, but the lack of consistent upkeep and follow-through makes it hard to fully recommend.

Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the speeding in the parting lot by others! Stop signs need to be added and a speed limit needs to be posted before someone gets hurt

Living here for almost a year and no complaints. They are quick to fix and service any repairs quickly which is important to me. The entire staff is friendly from the leasing office to the maintenance team.

We have only lived here at Marlowe for a couple of weeks now but so far we love living here! It’s brand new, in a great, safe area, management has been amazing and it is beautiful! We have no complaints and would recommend anyone to move here.

When I got to the reception to get my keys, I was greeted with a smile. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions answered. My apartment was very clean when I got there. There was a cleaning guy on the first floor of my apartment and he was very friendly. So far a great experience.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is clean, modern, and has everything I need. The location is great too — close to stores, restaurants, and not far from the beach (~30 min drive). The pool and gym are nice and always clean. I feel safe here and have had no issues with noise or parking. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it!

Overall, our experience has been pretty normal. You pay a lot for what you get, but otherwise we’ve liked living here. Neighbors can get pretty loud and there are some people who don’t seem to care about picking up after their dogs or keeping them on leash, but that’s apartment living I suppose. Amenities are nice, staff is helpful. Maintenance has been great.

It's going good! Honestly our only complaint is our neighbors, we have random people on our floor that mess with our ring camera and super loud upstairs neighbors lol! But other than that, loving it!

Living at Marlowe at Gateway has been an amazing experience, the amenities are top-notch, from the resort-style pools and state-of-the-art fitness center to the co-working spaces that make working from home a breeze.
