This community is in a great location in between Tampa and St. Petersburg. The drivability to either downtown Tampa or St. Pete is great. The apartment staff was always helpful when you needed assistance, and my personal favorite was always the gym here.

It's great! We have a lot of events and food trucks come, which is super fun and exciting! I love the leasing office girls, they are super nice and friendly and always help me out

Good place to live! Nice neighborhood close to downtown st. Pete. Gym is super nice compared to other apartments. Not very noisy the pool and neighbors are great.

I absolutely love living here. Everyone is so hopeful and friendly. The space is clean. The pool is clean, warm and inviting. It is pet friendly, which works great for me.

This apartment complex has exceeded expectations and offers a welcoming home. The professional management team is attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns. While the clubhouse and pool areas are well-maintained, the open-air hallways and stairwells are often dirty, with cobwebs hanging on walls, near doors, and in corners. The windows under the blue awnings look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages, giving the property a neglected feel beyond the main amenities. Maintenance has also been an issue—despite a clear request, no one notified me before entering my unit for a recent inspection. The road in front of the complex feels more like a racetrack; it’s unpleasant to walk along and late-night drag racing has led to multiple 2 a.m. wake-ups. Finally, although it’s advertised as a gated community, the gates are always open at night, which doesn’t offer much of a sense of security. There are some positives, but the lack of consistent upkeep and follow-through makes it hard to fully recommend.

Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the speeding in the parting lot by others! Stop signs need to be added and a speed limit needs to be posted before someone gets hurt

Living here for almost a year and no complaints. They are quick to fix and service any repairs quickly which is important to me. The entire staff is friendly from the leasing office to the maintenance team.

When I got to the reception to get my keys, I was greeted with a smile. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions answered. My apartment was very clean when I got there. There was a cleaning guy on the first floor of my apartment and he was very friendly. So far a great experience.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is clean, modern, and has everything I need. The location is great too — close to stores, restaurants, and not far from the beach (~30 min drive). The pool and gym are nice and always clean. I feel safe here and have had no issues with noise or parking. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it!

Moved in today, Marlowe made the key pick up seamless. The community is extremely clean and well kept! The amenities are incredible and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the St. Petersburg area.

Overall, our experience has been pretty normal. You pay a lot for what you get, but otherwise we’ve liked living here. Neighbors can get pretty loud and there are some people who don’t seem to care about picking up after their dogs or keeping them on leash, but that’s apartment living I suppose. Amenities are nice, staff is helpful. Maintenance has been great.

It's going good! Honestly our only complaint is our neighbors, we have random people on our floor that mess with our ring camera and super loud upstairs neighbors lol! But other than that, loving it!

The office and pool area are pristine and truly impressive. However, the rest of the apartment complex—particularly the open-air buildings—feels neglected. I also experienced several unresolved issues in my unit that were left over from the previous tenant, which was disappointing.

I love my apartment, I just hate how sensitive the walls are, I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing even down to how fast they walk.

Lucky enough to get a brand new unit that is absolutely amazing! Took less than a week from signing to moving in! Had a couple of minor issues and they were handled my maintenance the next day!

Living at Marlowe at Gateway has been an amazing experience, the amenities are top-notch, from the resort-style pools and state-of-the-art fitness center to the co-working spaces that make working from home a breeze. The location is super convenient, with quick access to downtown St. Pete, beaches, and major highways. What really stands out, though, is the staff, they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. It truly feels like home here, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

My expertise has been great so far, the leading staff and maintenance staff is so friendly. The amenities are great, I also enjoy how it is in a more secluded area so there is much chaos going on.

As someone with a leasing background, I am observant regarding a property's status and the leasing staff's quality and attention, and my expectations were absolutely met! When I walked into the leasing office, I was pleasantly greeted by the leasing manager, Katja, who provided me with a fantastic and informative tour experience! Not to mention, the property is stunning in every manner, and it is evident that management pays attention to detail with significant consideration. I have been eyeing this property for a while and am so glad I finally took the time to visit. Overall, I had such a wonderful experience with Katja, so much so that I applied the same day. First time renting in 57 years. Lost house due to hurricane. Had to rent and couldn’t have been more pleased with finding the Marlowe. Enjoy the amenities such the gas grills, swimming pool and workout room.

Beautiful place ! Greystone app needs to update so community requests can get placed such as broken equipment in gym and outside fireplace. We need a sauna/ steam room!

Amenities are nice. Residents seem to pick up after themselves which is way better than where I was previously. I love that there is two pools as well

Love the apartment and amenities and maintenance is always super on top of things! Only complaint which goes for majority of newer built apartments is you can hear every little thing through walls/ceilings. I hear multiple dogs barking through my bedroom wall at super early hours. Pretty frustrating sometimes.
