Bed Bugs

My Son rented an apt at Marla Bay Apartments 5 months ago. He was very happy with the new carpet which was installed before he moved in. But shortly after moving in he realized the New Carpet was installed for a reason... to COVER Up a Bed Bug Problem. It seems neither the Rental Agent nor the Owner want to do anything about this. In fact, they tried to pin the blame on my son, saying he brought the Bed Bugs in with him. NOT SO! I purchased a brand new bed for my son as a Gift upon moving into his apartment at 617 Hwy 50 ZC, NV 89448, It Seems many of the other tenants have had this problem for years. Several tenants have told my son, that they have their beds wrapped in Plastic and have used poisons for years to get rid of the bugs. After having Exterminators from a local Plumbing Co. spread poison in my sons apt... Unit 6, the Bed Bug Problem subsided for about a week, then began again. My Son has been paying his rent diligently yet Sleeping in his Car for 5 Months now in front of his Unit at Marla Bay as the Landlord refuses to do anything about the BED BUGs. The problem is so Severe, that it is impossible to use the Apartment. He is waiting for his Lease to be up so that he can finally move from this DUMP. People, do NOT rent here, especially DO NOT rent UNIT 6 at Marla Bay Apartments. We are Long Time Locals and are disgusted with the Rental Agency, the Owner and the FILTH of this Building.
