The Market Street Apartment team is very professional, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My move was easy and smooth. I am happy with my experience in this complex building.

Really like living here away from the city and easy enough to get to the city. The mall area is great. Restaurants and businesses makes you feel live like urban modern town when needed

Everything went great! From the Tour to signing the lease and moving in, all was awesome. I still need to do my walk through of the apartment, but everything in the apartment was ready to go for my move in.

This complex is listed as rental apartments, it's more than that. For us its our home. The complex has a great staff and the services can't be matched. You have friendly neighbors, clean common areas and walking distances to numerous restaurants and retail stores.

Couldnt ask for a better place to live! The grounds are beautiful, the staff, Lisa, Rachel,Casey and Edson are always on top of things and keep our community at market street apartments running top notch.

Apartment updates should be made for all "long time" Residents like myself, which deviate from your standard policy of apartment turnover. There should be exceptions made for updates like painting, replacement of kitchen flooring, rug padding, new refrigerator, etc. The exterior of the buildings should be kept mold free together with the removal of large spider infestations, which eventually enter our apartments. The exterior of the complex is beautiful, as long as the buildings remain clean.

Our stay is like a home. Friendly neighbors with quiet nights. Excellent locations with a great staff. No shoveling of snow and very easy getting mail.

I been here for almost 1 year and honestly I will say it’s the best. It’s a great location you got so much around you. Very lovely people that I have met. The staff and the maintenance is very nice and very good at their jobs.

All staff here are amazing. If anything is needed, they take care of things immediately, it’s clean and the grounds are pleasant. Having MarketStreet here is a bonus!

Our apartment is our home. We have great neighbors and the support staff is top notch. Your near the highway and shopping is a 5-minute walk away. You couldn't find a better place to call home.

Fall flowers have been planted through the grounds, such a warm feeling looking around my beautiful residence - can’t say enough good things about where I live- met so many great people living here and I love the staff here, they are always pleasant and on top of everything.

I do recommend this place your close to everything the highway and the mall. There’s so many things to do here. Very well nice people the mantince is really good here there always there right on point too. When you need anything they will call you back or be right there to fix anything you need help with to be fixed. You will meet amazing dogs and people here I definitely recommen this place to anyone that’s finding there forever home place to live.

I love living at market Street! It’s in a very prime location close to shopping, walking trails, and golfing if you’re into that. Management also invest Watch into keeping up the property so it always looks very nice.

I love living here everyone is very nice and very welcoming. It’s a great location. They allow dogs. Everyone loves the poo and gym they have a very nice club house with tea, coffee and a nice tv and nice area to just chill out

Nearly eight years living the good life here, speaks for itself. It’s a very friendly community; quiet, well maintained inside and out. Plus, some views are million dollar views of Reedy Meadows and King Rail Golf Course; certain holes. Wonderful wildlife as well.

The maintenance staff continue to be top notch. We never had anything less than a 5-star rating. This also includes the Office staff, very hard working people. A great place to live and call home.

Market street apartments is a wonderful place to reside. Best qualities are cleanliness- easy access to highway- enjoyment of having access to market street right next to you and most of all great maintenance help and wonderful staff working in office. I feel blessed to have found this home.

Location is excellent. Heated garage a plus in the winter months and not having to go outside to dump your trash is another big plus!! The maintenance staff is the very best! Anything goes wrong and someone comes immediately!

I’ve had a great 7 months living at market street apartments. I often eat out at market street and picked up a little side job at pure barre which keeps me in shape. The most peaceful part of my day is my morning or evening walk with my dogs around the grounds at our apartments and then through market street. I love where we live.

We have only been here one week. Most of the people we have met are really nice and welcomed us to the community. The clubhouse is a great place to stop by and grab a cup of cocoa in the morning. We have two little dogs and they are adapting well to the move. Our only complaint is the washing machine - so noisy when it spins that we have to leave the apartment.

Recent hallways and foyer treatments were done in a professional manner and in a reasonable time frame (excluding the apartment numbers)- appreciate the investment in making the buildings as up to date and thoughtfully designed as possible.

This has been my home for 7 years, and will remain my home til the end of my time. Love my 4th floor, rear, location that overlooks Reedy Meadows and the golf course. Love all the amenities and the convenience of Market Street in walking distance.
