This place is absolutely, hands down, the worst place I have ever lived. The management is awful, rude, and greedy. They will enter your apartment without permission, make a mess( they cut a hole in my closet dry wall and then charged me for it), and never actually fix the real problems (hello leaky roof and mold). You hear everything your neighbors do (which is expected in apartment living), but most people living there are loud, weed-smoking college students. Also, there are bugs and trash EVERYWHERE. Save your time and money and go somewhere (literally anywhere) else.
The apartment is large. "Luxury"? No. It's commodity housing, built as inexpensively as possible. But the sign does say luxury, if it's any consolation. The fixtures, finishes, and appliances are literally the cheapest stuff you could buy from Home Depot. You can hear all of your neighbors going about their lives--walking, talking, showering, and more... The grounds are nicely kept and spacious but are absolutely COVERED in dog leavings, with a bonus fire ant mound every 10 feet. Stray from the paved paths at your own peril, especially at night! You will eventually step in something unpleasant. The dog run is just a fenced litter box, impossible to use as intended. The poor quality of construction is unfortunately mostly standard these days and not really a surprise, but the copious dog waste is inexcusable.
The office will nickel and dime you for everything and try to charge you extra for breaking your lease. Every except for management is great about this place
I was threatened 14 months after moving out with charges and fees I had never heard of and told I had 10 days to pay. I had made repeated attempts to contact after moving out with no answer. Just an overall horrible place
We have had issues with people breaking in cars at the complex. 70 cars in the area were broken in to. The problem that I have is the gates rarely work properly and they let the cops in the complex to ticket you for out of state tags but don't have better security when it is actually needed. Don't live here if you have all of your stuff out of state. They will make you pay property taxes and they aren't cheap. The gates also open when you push them, so they are pointless. the gates have also hit people's cars at the exit one, which is supposed to have a motion sensor on it. They do give a 24 hour notice of entry but I feel like it should be scheduled more in advance to allow time to find a place for pets etc. because it is random. I do like that it is quite most of the time. They also took down the playground for some reason. That sucks for the kids. Maintenance is great at responding and correcting the problem. Trash is also flowing out of the dumps on the weekends, which looks very trashy to me. I guess apartment living isn't for me. I can't wait until my lease is up.
This looks like a very nice property. Looks as if it is newly built, perfect for young adults just getting out in the world as well as fully grown adults. Wouldn't mind staying here at all!
