Do NOT recommend. Stressed management running a poorly designed building. I’ve had issues including a month of broken internet, frequent lack of access to parking, and getting locked out of my own apartment.

Another single female and I were the first renters to move in at Markana Uptown. As neighbors, she and I became friends. It was very upsetting to me to find out that she was humiliated publicly by the manager and unfairly evicted. I have since had a hard time living here and knowing that she was treated so poorly. The onsite amenities at Markana are outstanding, including the hot tub, gym, and trash service. And most of the staff is exceptional--courteous, respectful and friendly .

If you are looking for a perfect location in the center of town that enables you to walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. you have found the place! The staff here is outstanding and will do everything they can to make your move in efficient and worry-free! Covered, secured parking, luxury amenities, pet friendly, fresh clean units with views off the charts…what more can you ask for? You can’t go wrong living here, we have been too many places and are so happy we chose Markana Uptown!

I love living at Markana Uptown. The location is great. The apartments are brand new and modern. The pool area is beautiful with TVs, grills, cabanas, and even games. The club house is amazing. The gym is state of the art! I'm glad I choose Markana!

I have had morning but positive and pleasant interactions with staff members here. The apartments are brand new, the views are amazing, and the way the apartment complex is built, it is a nice little diamond on the rough. The entire community is lifted of the ground, literally, and it gives a nice feeling of being out of the city. Still, it is right next to uptown and the mall, to all of the amenities and stores you need are right within walking distance.
