The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mark VI Apartments
I have lived at Mark VI for just under two years, and I am more than impressed. The apartments are well-kept, affordable, and close to everything in Hattiesburg. I would live here for much longer if I wasn’t moving out of state!
I live here for 2.5 yrs. Management and maintenance were very attentive to my needs. They were quick to resolve any maintenance issues. Great staffing all the way around. Clean property. Great location to everything.
I never write reviews for things, but I’ve been so please with my stay here I really wanted to let others know. I moved into Mark VI without ever seeing the apartments in person. I was blown away when I walked in the door. More than happy with my choice. Excellent price for great quality apartments. The environment is peaceful, quiet, and super safe. I recommend these apartments to anyone!!!
My husband and I lived in the Mark 4/5 for a year then moved to the Mark 6. This was by far the best apartment that we could've asked for. The Mark 4/5 were great too, but the Mark 6 was definitely an upgrade. The office staff never misses a phone call during hours, maintenance always takes care of issues before I get home from work, and overall the complex is quiet and clean. We've also got an officer who lives here and checks on the property. I feel safe and comfortable raising a family here. We've lived in the one bedroom for two years and will be moving this August to a two bedroom. The prices are incredibly fair and worth it to live here. There's no other place in Hattiesburg that we could get 1200-1500 sq ft for this price. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the area, you won't regret it.
I lived at Mark 6 for almost 3 years and I could not have been happier. Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage space. If I had a problem or issue with something, Management was on top of it, sometimes before I even brought the issue up to them. The community is very quiet and has a lot of very nice people living there. It is also very close to just about everything in town you could want. If you are looking for an affordable place to live in Hattiesburg, I could not recommend Mark 6 enough, I will miss it.
It is in the middle of everything most of everything is walking distance. Great neighborhood and neighbors are considerate and quite. Management and maintenance are very helpful and prompt. Apartments are very spacious.
I have been in this apartment for 6 years and it is great. The apartments are spacious and the rent is a good value. The office staff are friendly. There's a nice pool, exercise room, and walking track. It is also pretty quiet and close to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants so it is very convenient.
