Property Ratings at Mark V Apartments
I was kinda excited to speak with someone in the office this afternoon about the chance to rent one of the apartments at Mark 111. However, after a few questions being answered over the phone while knowing I was sitting right outside the office door left me confused. I have been to several apartment complexes in my life looking for a place to call home, but I have never been treated as rudely or disrespected more than I was today. Also, I know now why she did not give me her name.
For the price, this is a wonderful one bedroom apartment. Before moving here, I toured almost every 1 bedroom apartment in Hattiesburg and this was by far the best option for me (and the largest apartment I found). I've lived here a year and it's a very quiet and safe community, the staff are extremely helpful and easy to work with, and the fact that it has a full laundry room with WD included can't be beat. It's less than 5 minutes away from USM and less than 10 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. If you are in the market for a 1brm in Hattiesburg, make sure to tour this place and you'll be sold.
