Nightmare of an apartment
Don’t be fooled by the seemingly updated/renovated look of these apartments. Or any move-in specials they may offer. Do not even consider moving here if you’re going to have upstairs neighbors. There is absolutely no insulation between floors. You will hear every single footstep that your neighbors take. You will hear every time they turn on their sink/bath water or flush the toilet. It’s absolutely horrible and and not sure how it’s legal for a multi dwelling building to be like this. I wish I had seen complaints about this before I moved in. I did try to do some research, but didn’t see anything that mentioned this. Or any recent reviews for that matter, most reviews were from years ago. It was my biggest fear and it’s unfortunate that I’m now stuck in this situation. Hope this helps someone before you make the mistake I did.

Don't move here
The apartments are very spacious and comfy, this is the only plus. The management is terrible, they don't fix anything and the rent is to high I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone

Getting better!
Greystar has come in and is putting a lot of money into making the place better. I had crummy upstairs neighbors, but that's not their fault. They have a corporate lease and they can't easily evict someone in that case.

The Hidden Creek Apartments
This is a peaceful place to live. Not a lot of loud tenants. The owners are constantly upgrading something, which helps keep the complex clean and up to date. I have been very pleased with my experience here.
