Good luck getting your deposit back

We had our car smashed into twice and had our car stolen while inside the gate. We also had the apartment professionally cleaned before move out. Everything was in disrepair when we moved in, but they are claiming that we are responsible for all the problems. Even with proof, they wouldn't work with us. Do not live here if you like having your car destroyed or never getting your deposit back.
