There were a few issues with setting up my lease, I would say the signing and touring needs to be more organized. I would say the annoying part was the beginning, because I feel there was no direction or help the first few days of moving in. There were some spiders around the house. There could be a few things to work on. Overall the residency is nice with the neighbors.

Amazing amenities and grounds are beautiful. Maintained very well by the maintenance guy. I would definitely recommend living here. The neighbors are all super and sweet.

Amazing maintenance tech. Always on top of things. Area is very pet friendly. Adorable little dog park. Great spot to go outside and play with the kids.

Maintenance service here is top tier although I wish management would be more consistent. Many times they tell me one thing then change their mind and tell me the opposite later on.
I have received great response time and friendly customer service. I think the complex has improved a lot it looks great. I do wish we didn't have to pay for one extra parking spot I do feel the rent should cover at least one spot outside of driveway

Barely moved into the community and it's such a beautiful place to live so far. Nice pool area and being outside near the amenities is so refreshing. Elizabeth who has been helping me since the leasing process has been incredible and so helpful with any questions I may have.

Good place to live. Has lots of things to do so you are never bored. Interior is nice and clean and parking is good as well. Would recommend living here.
This place has been an amazing place to live. The community is so nice to one another. The maintenance guy is an absolute sweetheart and is always willing to help when we need.
The community is comfortable to live on, a clean and quiet place, having a good management and staffs that easy to reach whenever you need help but units are expensive.
The management constantly upgrades the community to a better place. It used to be hard to reach the management about issues but response is getting faster.
It has been an amazing living here. The neighbors are some of the sweetest most welcoming people. The neighborhood is always so clean as well.
Very good community to live! Only one thing the amenities are not upgraded for the residents who has been here for more than 10!year! Office staff and maintenance staff very friendly and supportive!
These apartments/condos are old, meaning old appliances and fixtures, single paned windows and old building problems which means rodent problems. They try the best they can to bring in exterminators to "get rid" of the problem but its only temporary. They are slowing re-modeling as people move out, but for us that have lived here for years we have to complain numerous times and things have to literally break down before we can get new anything. I used to say that the cost of the rent here was worth the trouble because the space is great, but now that they have decided to increase rent i am seriously reconsidering.
