Although surrounded by inhospitable desert, Phoenix is one of the largest cities in the United States, and the nation’s single largest state capital city. The area contains numerous galleries and museums, putting the people in contact with everything from the European masters to Native American craftsmanship to modern originals from Phoenix’s diverse artistic community. The Downtown cultural scene has developed into a top-notch feast of visual and performing arts, with symphony performances, live theater, and the popular First Friday exhibitions. Phoenix is also an excellent city for sports fans, being one of the few cities in America with local franchises in the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. Several thousand students attend the two Arizona State University campuses in the city, as well as the over-50,000 who attend the main campus in neighboring Tempe.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mariposa Flats
I had very bad experience here . The kitchen damaged, the exhaust fan damaged and I have to wait more than a month for them to buy a new once and change it…. The cool air extremely noisy I couldn’t sleep when I turn it on and base on that experience I realized that why most of people here using portable air conditioners and The electric bills only come at the first month and two months till now I haven’t received it yet even I met and asked the officers. They said i just pay the rent first…and they send us a letter inform we haven’t pay the rent while we auto paid already…and so many time the laundry room had been blocked without inform us… I really want to leave immediately but my lease till pending about 9 months …. Try to find out the way to get out without any penalty. Pls don’t sign the contract here.
I've been staying here for 10 Months i love my apartment the staff in the office are great they work with you and I'm resigning my lease haven't had not one issue with my apartment
Do not rent here ! The ladies inside of the office are liars and lazy they never answer the phone or are never in the office or close or open at different times . They don’t fix anything right . The apartment itself isn’t bad very spacious . It has cleaned up since I moved here about two years ago . They change managers every three months . I’m hoping this one gets fired soon . They lie to you about your lease so make sure you read it correctly otherwise youre screwed . You sign a year lease next thing you know it was actually a 6th month lease but tell you they don’t have it . The rent goes up about $80 every time you sign a new lease . So basically the longer you live here the more money you pay for this crappy apartment which I think isn’t worth it . “ because of property value “ ????
were in December and my apartment is still hot management says were not allowed to have ac in the winter only heat. even though i pay almost 200 in utilities worst plkace to live management sucks cant wait to move
Me and my family moved to these apartments late July in 2014, it didn't take long to figure out that it was unbelievably hot we would complain and soon found out that they did not have a A/C unit but rather a Chiller and could not do anything for us it was cooler outside than it was in our house. We also had mold and they told us to clean it ourselves with bleach it never went away we still live with it on our bathroom. and the management was hard to deal with argued quite a few times they were fired and new management took over no problem other than the heat.
