Property Ratings at 171 Mariposa Apartments
i recently was apartment shopping and was scared to go here because of the reviews but i think this place is great. Its actually very quiet and maintenance is very fast. The apartments are now updated and have the wood flooring and are very spacious compared to other apartments i went to look at and for a very decent price. The pools always look clean and from what i have seen even tho its summer its not too crowded like other places. There is a lot of parking for any extra car or for my guest. No complaints so far. The office made my move in quick and easy :)
I had been apartment shopping for a while, and i didn't like the apartment living. It was all too small and a little crowded. Than i finally was able to find something i liked. These apartments are actually bigger that the average ones i looked at and they feel like you actually have space. I love the floor i have as apposed to all the others that have mostly carpet. The pool is huge and never crowded and there's a lot of extra parking in the part of the side that i live on. i say its a great price for the apartment and i would recommend it. They also let you view before you move in ask for a tour.
If you like the pool its always empty and clean which is nice i hate crowded pools. i really like the landscaping its always well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful and say hi when i see them. i was a little skeptic because of the bad reviews but i think theyre exaggerating because ive had a wonderful experience living here.
has improved drastically since new management came. i like my unit its very spacious and calm on the property. Pet friendly!!! Maintenance is always pretty fast when i call for anything.
Gated community but security gates are broken most of the time or propped open by residents. their is a security patrol that are supposed to check the property 4 times per night, my vehicle has been vandalized three times in three years of residence here. The apartments units are inside a building, like a hotel, and there is a gap at the bottom of the front doors of each apartment; so when people cook in their apartments the odors all mingle in the halls. Not a pleasant scent, specially in summer. Residents also allow their children play in the halls at all time of the day or night, birthday parties eating cake in the halls the cake gets smudged on walls and carpet, this mess is left for days before it's cleaned up. The management has been notified but nothing changes, it does not seem they care. It my "last resort" that brought me here and as soon as am able am out. one last thing the apartment shown to me was not the apartment I ended up with in the end.
