Mariner Bay at Annapolis Town Center

For the past two years, we have enjoyed living at Mariner Bay. It is conveniently located in Annapolis Towne Centre and the building is kept in immaculate condition because of the excellent staff. The management office and the concierge desk is always helpful, friendly and courteous. So, why 4 stars and not 5? The pet fee policy! I am a Realtor and in every rental transaction I have been involved in, there is a one time fee. Mariner Bay has a monthly pet fee. We have two small dogs and have been paying $100/month for 27 months - that's $2,700 for two small dogs! A total rip-off!

The change in ownership created some IT issues but the office here at Mariner Bay was on top of it. I was renewing my lease at this time and the system was getting overhauled but the staff kept me informed during the process. Everything ended up as it should be with slight delay. Good to know that during these issues the Management had my back!

My wife and I, Love Love Mariner Bay. Still pinch ourselves knowing we live in a safe, great location, upscale apartment complex with great neighbors and staff.

On Feb 4 2025 building management notified residents that the building has been sold. Today is Feb 18 2025. Who purchased the building? Why is this informant not made public? The resident portal has been down since February 5. When will it be restored? The fact that the ownership has not been disclosed, the portal is down and the elevator has been out of order many days in the past two weeks cause concern. This combination of factors makes me and other residents uneasy. I look forward to learning more about the new ownership and how it will affect resident experience as soon as possible. Apart from these recent experiences I like living here. I hope the new ownership will provide me with even greater satisfaction in living here. Thank you

Staff is so friendly. We look forward to what community activities we can look forward to each month. Pet of the month is also fun for all the pet owners!

Living at Mariner Bay is always a pleasure. During the holidays, with its close location to downtown Annapolis you're only minutes away from festival cheer. The Towne Centre also has fun events during this time of year!! Its also convenient having all these stores in walking distance for that last minute shopping.

Year two, we still love our experience here in Mariner Bay. The location, restaurants and clean and safe environment ?? make this a lovely place to live.

Its constantly amazes me how clean Mariner Bay and The Towne Centre at large are. The housekeeping group here always gets the job done. They accompany this diligent work ethic with a friendly and positive attitude!

I have been here for 4 weeks today. I have met many friendly residents. The concierges are very nice & helpful. I was uneasy moving from my waterfront home to a 1BR apartment after losing my husband of 60 years this year but I am finding it a good decision. The advantages of close shopping & restaurants along with plenty garage parking are great perks.

Just renewed my lease. I love it here! Great location with groceries and restaurants I can walk to. Parking is easy, the building is quiet and feels secure. The amenities are nice and everything is well taken care of.

While the building was going through a fiber optic upgrade the team was outstanding. The day my floor was worked on there was a mess left by the contractors. I alerted the office and the head of maintenance and they reacted quickly and efficiently. Special shout out to Luis and especially Carolina for taking care of business! They are fine examples of the staff and premier ambassadors for Buzzuto!

I have lived here since 2012. I know I should have purchased a home by now but Mariner Bay has been such a joy. It’s hard to leave. Will miss this place when I move out end of year. A lot of people here I’ve come to hold dear.

We are coming up on 1 year, and we still love our place, the Mariner building and all the wonderful people we have met. The location is the best , it is close to everything we love, downtown Annapolis, major highways , shopping and great Healthcare facilities. Everyone in the family that has come to see us is in awe of where we live.

I just moved in and the support was terrific! There were some minor issues with the showerhead and toilet, which were repaired immediately.

Beautifully kept building. A lot of community accommodation on 11th floor club level. Access to restaurants, grocery stores, medical providers, retail stores all great. Staff always very helpful.

Our move-in went very smoothly. Everyone that we’ve dealt with has been very nice and helpful. We’ve met a few neighbors and so far, everyone has been very nice.

We have been Mariner Bay residents for almost a year and have been impressed by the level of service given by the staff. Any time something went wrong and we placed a service call, the response was exceptionally fast and the service/repair was accomplished quickly and professionally.

The office is always accommodating for my meetings in the conference room. And concierge team has been on point with the growing packages during the holidays!

Building and grounds are all maintained beautifully and top notch service all the way from the concierge to everyone in the Management office. Excellent Location. Plentiful Parking. Dog Friendly Building. The Apartments are QUIET despite being locked in Annapolis Towne Centre. Residents are all very respectful and friendly . We love it here!

I love everything about living here. The people are so friendly and the staff work very hard to keep everything so lovely! Coming from a home all my life, I am amazed how quickly I adjusted to living in an apartment. But Mariner Bay personnel make it so easy and pleasant! Living in such a dynamic location is full of stimulating pleasures. I hope to live here for a very long time!!!

Very helpful and accommodating staff making lease and move in as pleasant as it could be. Building is beautiful , clean and has a lot of wonderful amenities in a nice neighborhood.

Love the staff but a bit disappointed with some of the amenities. Spending too much time waiting for an elevator, especially when one of the two elevators is being used for a moving resident. Apartments are starting to look a bit "worn" and it's obvious that your apartment is not getting any upgrades or improvements until you move out of it.

Often overlooked in reviews of Mariner Bay is the relationship our building has with the Towne Centre. Many fun events are held right outside our front door!! And...Have you ever seen cleaner common grounds and parking garages! Just another bonus of calling Mariner Bay Home!

Beautifully renovated apartment in a lovely building. Employees are wonderful. The building is spotless! Lots of wonderful amenities make living here just perfect for our needs.

Everyone here has been so helpful! Mia always comes through when I need help and the front desk is perfect too. Love the amenities and easy move in with the loading dock! Friday concerts have been nice. Gym is awesome!

Apartment was clean and move in ready upon arrival. Truly walking distance to everything you need, and everything else is within a 10 minute drive. Amenities are kept up and in good shape. Plenty of covered parking. Staff is friendly.

Pool area was nice. But the pool water was very cold and milky. The lifeguard was very attentive. The renovations upstairs is very nice and clean.

It is wonderful to live at Mariner Bay where all the residents and staff are nice and kind. The apartments are beautiful with different plans and high ceilings. It is convenient for shopping and location. Whole Foods is across the street and Route 50 is minutes away as is downtown Annapolis.

My experience has tapered off a bit, not due to the great staff, but mostly due to the constant issues with the elevators. Don't understand why this issue continues. In light of what I'm paying for rent, I'm disappointed that I seem to be constantly waiting a long time for an elevator. Also, I have registered inquiries with getting better lighting in the kitchen but my kitchen is still pretty "dark".
