Property Ratings at Marina Grande North
The apartments are under new management and new owners. The apartments are great and the landscaping is beautiful.. You have your own private pier for fishing and a nice exercise room. Beautiful location with views of the Halifax River and you across the bridge from the ocean. Staff and management are very approachable and want the best for their tenants. I would also like to add, very quiet on this side of the water. 5+ stars to Managers; Leah and Mercedes, as well as the whole team! Highly recommend Marina Grande North.
I've lived here over 6 years and there's a reason I stay year after year! It's quiet, a nice neighborhood, walking distance to stores and downtown Daytona! Walking distance to America's Famous Beaches! Management is helpful and courteous. Great place to live!
I went in to check these places out and had a great experience with the leasing managers there - Leah and Mercedes. They were super personable and the places they showed me were just lovely! They made the process very easy to apply and great size apartments for the price and right on the water! Excited to move in, in the next month!
