Property Ratings at Marina Crescent
This is my first apartment by myself and I have loved every second. The complex is placed in the perfect area of Marina - you are so close to shopping centers and I can walk to many places if I feel like it. The complex itself has many lovely features and I really enjoy living here.

Please fix my fridge, it's still leaking after multiple "quick fixes"... Additionally, the windows rattle and leak and are kinda rotting. There are no handles on any of the kitchen drawers or cabinets, I've injured myself more than once due to this. Roaches are still a big problem, fumigated 3x with little resolution.

Marina Crescent is a lovely place to live, and is so close to many shops and community resources. I am able to walk or bike to get groceries, and like to peruse the Farmer's Market on Sundays. I feel very lucky to live in this community and look forward to all the memories I will be making here.

The community is quiet, the neighbors are very friendly, maintenance keeps the grounds well maintained. The property management manager is a delightfully person and very informed of Grey star properties.

The area is convenient for education of minors, 18 and under, a community College with in 11 miles and university (csumb), the local marina library with in the city, shoping centers, and marina state beach. The apartments are clean, the property manager maintains the grounds well.

Decent place to live . It is close to schools, shopping, ect. It is well maintained & repairs are made in a reasonable time if needed.

Very nice quiet apartments . Well maintained grounds . The on-site maintenance staff & manager are always very helpful and address any issues in a timely manner. It is close to school & shopping which is very convenient

DO NOT APPLY HERE! I applied here and paid the $40 application fee + $250 security deposit and I still have not received it. Property management hasnt responded back after 3 weeks. Other tenants have ran into the same issue and no resolution. Dont apply!
