Marea is a beautiful, modern, well maintained clean complex. It’s peaceful, cannot hear through the walls. Love the food trucks when you get home from work. If you have a dog they will have lots of playmates.

Absolutely love living here! The complex is elegant, spotless, and full of good energy. The design is upscale throughout, the pool is stunning, and maintenance is always quick and professional. Pure luxury living.

Marea is a nice apartment community for the mostpart, still fairly new and well maintained. But some things are changing. Dogs at the pool, vaping at the pool (supposed to be smokefree ), residents not cleaning up after their dogs (alot), newer younger residents literally screaming in the hallways at night, alot of door slamming (management has made attempts to address this but as usual many people don't care). Pricey so if you want to live in a place where neighbors respect each other and care about following the rules, you might check around. Hoping management can resolve these issues - it is a nice place with a good location.

I've been living at Marea for over a year now and it's been a delight to be a resident here. Apartments are new and modern, community is beautifully maintained, neighbors are respectful and friendly, and all the Marea team from leasing agents, management and service workers are all professional, friendly, and on top of their game. I love living here!

Marea is a beautiful and peaceful community. It's pet friendly and has great amenities for the residents like Pickle Ball court, BBQ grills, large pool, brand new gym, and more. We have plenty of parks near by for family gatherings, exercise and/or to walk your dogs! Also, can't beat that the units are brand new and spacious. I love my home!

I moved very quickly from out of state for work. I set up 3 tours on my first day in Naples and Marea was the first. After my second tour, I cancelled the rest and applied for Marea on the same day. Within 30 minutes, I was approved and had the lease sent over. So easy!

Marea is an elegant, pristinely-maintained, quiet community where I am happy to be a resident. I am pleasantly greeted by attentive community team members whenever I have a question or need assistance and feel really comfortable in the environments here. My daughter and puppy are happy here as well. There is value in the downtown location with its close proximity to the beach and local gems like Cambier, Baker and Sugden Parks.
