Dating back to around 1880, the Blackstone District has always been an Omaha favorite, even earning the nickname "Gold coast" in the 1920s. Property Ratings at MarCon Blackstone Apartments
Nice apartments if you don't mind the building being older (radiator, window air conditioning). The building was actually very quite which was awesome and all residents were very nice. I really liked being by all the bars and restaurants as well and for the price it was perfect if you like the Blackstone area.
