Roach infested!!!! disgusting. Kids here are rude and disrespectful. Creepy old men here always trying to get at me and, harass me in the laundry room.
The apartment I moved into was near the back and mostly quiet, although I had one neighbor that had loud parties or get togethers on weekend - luckily doors and windows are pretty sound proof! But if you like to let cool air in at night, it’s a problem…overall it was a clean, comfortable unit. I was upstairs and the vaulted ceilings are very nice. My area had a lot of trash outside from time to time, but most of the complex was clean when I walked through. You will see roaches outside at night, but I never found them in the apartment. Can’t comment on the laundry facilities as I did laundry elsewhere. The pool is nice when it’s not overrun by unsupervised children, which happens later in the afternoon. Parking can be tricky for guests as there isn’t a ton of guest parking, but that’s probably for the best so people aren’t out here throwing ragers. My experience overall was positive until it was time to move out. I was told by someone in the front to wait to get some sort of move out letter to give notice that I was leaving so I waited for a letter that never came - stupid me, should’ve read my lease, because I needed to give 30 day notice in writing. Ended up having to pay another month’s worth of rent prorated.
Only one parking available for each household so if you have 2+ members in your family that are on the go everyday, parking WILL be a problem.
While my family and I lived there it was a decent place to live although there was the occasional roach . But I’m more pissed off from when I moved out . We were there for nearly 4 years and got back only $66 from an $800 deposit . They charged us $250 to hiring a maid service to clean the apartment when there just going to rip everything out and replace it anyway . Anything after 2 years is supposed to be considered normal wear and tear . I have never gotten such little back from a deposit before . This place is so cheap and it’s just going down hill , god I moved out when I did
I contacted the office twice about my water bug problem they wanted to ignore my second call so I went in and talked to the lady. I asked for her manager’s contact information she said the manager would be back soon but I had work so I insisted on the information. I emailed the manager and she said the matter could not be discussed with me since I am a minor, and she will contact my parents. Anything said to my parents and they will tell me so I don’t see how not discussing this issue with me will do anything. Waterhugs and roaches everywhere !! Found one on my bed and a few in the bathroom and kitchen, mind you my mother cleans the apartment every weekend or so. Would give zero stars if I could
