The units are spacious! Love the attached 2 car garage and patio. Dual sinks are also a plus. The only downside is how thin the walls/ceilings are. We can hear every step and move our upstairs neighbors make and has caused frustration and lack of sleep in the year we’ve lived here.

Great location. Well kept. Tends to concerns quickly. Really need ring door bell cameras. I have had 2 packages taken in the last 2 months. Staff is available when needed. Pool is great during the summer.

Marble Cliff does a great job at keeping the community up-to-date and maintained. Recently they have fixed the curbs and potholes, fixed the mud puddles in the dog park, and replaced some workout equipment within the past year. The staff are always very friendly and engaged.

I love living here! My apartment is in good shape and very spacious. I love getting into my car in the garage on a cold morning. I am enjoying the gym. Taylor and Shannon are so great to deal with. It will be perfect when Trabue gets fixed!!!

Very clean and well kept. When needed maintenance is always available. Club house weight room and pool in the summer are a great benefit. Wish they had a hot tub or sauna room to relax in.

This is a great place to be. Spacious apartment, great vista and prompt maintenance. And great location! Close to Upper Arlington shopping centers and 5th Avenue shopping. Who can ask for more? We have been here for 2 and half years, best choice of apartment.

Best place I have lived in Columbus. We had a little garden, made a great friend, its peaceful and feels safe at all hours. Feels like Im in a community of people in similiar stages of life.

Probably the best built place I have ever rented. Kitchen appliances could be updated but other than that no complaints about the unit. Very quiet neighborhood tucked away on a private drive.
