Maple Ridge

-I have lived here for almost three years. Recently in the past 6 to 8 months, it has gone severely downhill. Getting a hold of the front office is impossible. -The only way to talk to someone about a maintenance request that is over 4 weeks old is to call corporate and have them send an email to the main office. That takes multiple days to respond. It also took over two weeks to fix the air conditioner as well when it was getting close to 90 outside. -Getting emails every month my renter’s insurance is expired when it does not for another 4 months. I have uploaded and provided the documents multiple times now. Every month I have to call and complain otherwise they will try and add on another 11$ for their policy. -My advice currently is to avoid this place at all cost. They recently raised all rent over 50$ a month. Many places around Omaha are much nicer for a similar price point they ask for now.

Spacious apartment floorplans with appliances that work. Maintenance is caring and professional they get as much work done possible. Great community.

Overall Maple Ridge is a great place to live. Just expensive rent.

The only apartment I have found with a washer/dryer and an adequate amount of space. Extremely spacious and a great layout. I’m extremely happy with my choice to live at Maple Ridge.

I love my apartment and plan to stay as long as finance allow. Maintenance has been kind and tidy when entering my apartment and management had been super kind and efficient in addressing any concerns.

Staff and maintenance are awesome. Wish people would pick up after there dogs. Makes it difficult for kids to play

maple ridge apartments are cheap and you get what you pay for, the apartment is cozy and cute but the locks are bad and the structure is damaged. the maintenance apparently doesn’t address concerns in a timely manner

I like the peaceful community of Maple Ridge. Except for some maintenance concern from time to time, overall it is a good and reliable community.

When we were touring, the apartment we were looking at was undergoing some maintenance and was a bit messed up in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Our guide assured us it would be handled quickly and all would be good by the time we moved in, and it was! Communication was always done in a timely manner, and we were never stuck waiting long like we were with other apartment complexes. It has only been a short time, but we already love it here.

We love living in this community because it is quiet, reliable, and safe.

I have been here for 13 yrs and very happy living here and yes im very happy with the staff in the office they are nice and very polite and alway greet you with a smile. Maintenance guys are very polite and concern about any problems you have. I have not had to many. But if you see them outside they always say Hi. I really enjoy living my neighbors are very nice too.

I loved this complex when we first moved in years ago. The girls in the office always answered when we had questions or concerns. But, over the years, especially since covid, it has gone downhill. There's no communication whatsoever. Anytime I send an email there's no reply. You have to jump through hoops to even get connected on the phone. Rent is too high for the poor conditions of the apartment. I used to recommend this apartment to friends, but now I would never.

I like the apartment as it is safe. Management staff are friendly and attempt to rectify maintenance issues. Maintenance really doesn't clean up after themselves. But it's not a huge deal. Overall a decent place to live.

I have absolutely no complaints about my stay here. My issues get handled right away, my kids enjoy playing outside, and the amenities are well worth the price you pay for rest!

We moved into maple ridge a few months ago and we love our apartment. An issue occurred that pushed back our move in date however the complex made it right by replacing carpet with laminate wood flooring that we requested.

The only complaint I have is that they never have the pool open for the memorial day holiday always 3 to 4 weeks later and they don't seem to have anyone with the knowledge to maintain and keep it open, there are weeds everywhere growing through the cracks of the concrete around the pool, there is always leaves and stuff from the trees in and around the pool, ooh and the scum ring or (bathtub ring) doesn't ever get cleaned off or even painted over. GROSS

The apartments are already spacious and affordable, but the real sell here is how fantastic the land lords and leasing staff are to deal with. They stayed true to thier word on the contract agreement and answered all my questions professionally well before moving in. Truly a fantastic complex to live in. Zachary Anderson D-01

Love the apartments , leasing office staff is experts and so fun and friendly. Apartments are huge here at maple ridge apartments, right near highway so quick commutes.

Safe place to live at. But maintenance needs to step up.

Apartments are older, but for the price, you cannot beat the square footage.

Good move in experience, monthly lease is decent.

Except to hear some kind of noise 24/7, you'll need to like the smell of pot and don't expect to have a constant water temperature when showering. The location is the only reason i have been here 4 years.

Unless you need a cheap place and cant afford to buy, look elsewhere. Crapshoot on your neighbors and getting anything fixed in a timely manner.

The Apartments clean and quiet environment

Leasing staff is fantastic! Theyre very professional & kind, welcoming & helpful. Location is central Omaha, near seemingly everything needed including the interstate, grocery stores, restaurants, nail salons & more.

We have been with Maple Ridge for 10 years and only moved to a different floor plan due to our changing needs. Erica and the staff are friendly and helpful and do the best they can to assist with any issues that may arise.

Friendly and professional staff that really help you find exactly what you are looking for, made the entire process very easy!

It is located in a good area apartments have a lot of space and closets are big .
