Property Ratings at Maple Leaf Apartments
They are very dishonest & manipulative with the paperwork and what they say prior to you paying fees. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them at all. I found out a few days before moving in that all of these hidden fees would be included in rent, even though the lease states otherwise. Awful experience!

I have been with Maple leaf and equity management for about a year and a half now. I'm a life long renter, have lived in northwest area my whole life, even grew up living in apartments. I haven't been happier in an apartment complex, probably since I was a kid. I feel good coming home at night because I love my apartment, my neighbors, the maintenance department, and the office workers. Like I said I have rented a lot of apartments in my day and have stayed at some longer then I wanted, because moving sucks! But I have finally found a place I feel like the people around me are really neighbors, and I love my apartment. Wish I could buy it!
I love my apartment! It has all the amenities needed for comfortable living. I have over 1000 sq ft, two bedroons, two full baths with one being in my bedroom. I have a washer & dryer hook-up & the convience of being able to rent a washer/dryer from the management, patio, central air, wall to wall carpet, tiled kitchen & dining room, decent closet space & a well lit entrances, hallway & parking lot. Come check out Maplewood Leaf Apartments thru Equity Management amongst 5 other apartment complexes!
Had multiple problems with water damage in the apartment. Management takes their time to address problems and overall apartment maintenance is poor.
