About Maple Knoll Apartments

Thank you for inquiring about our community at Maple Knoll Apartments. All our spacious apartment homes are 2bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 847 sq. feet. Our community rents cover your water, sewer, garbage bill as well as give you one assigned parking space, per home. Our application fee is $25.00 per adult; we look at your rental history, credit history and everyone goes through a criminal background check. The security deposit is $740.00. We do accept Section 8 vouchers. We do accept cats; our pet deposit is $300.00 and our non-refundable pet fee is $300.00. We are an Affordable Housing Community and do have income restrictions based on the number of people in your apartment. We do require your minimum income to be 2 times the amount of rent, which would be $2,965.00 a month. If you are in Sect. 8, your income would need to be 2 times your portion of the rent. The maximum income amount allowed is as follows; 1 person -$52,440, 2 person - $59,940, 3 person - $67,440, 4 person -$74,880, 5 person –$ 80,880. Our community is a park-like setting with 2 play areas, on-site laundry facilities, a nearby bus line, and a short distance of schools, shopping, and restaurants. maple knoll

I live at the meeting apartments they are very nice apartments they accommodate what you need they are pet friendly they allow disability dogs and the management is really nice they fix what needs to be fixed in a timely manner I would recommend this to any of my family members or friends I like living here it is comfortable and a nice place
