Our application fee is $25.00 per adult; we look at your rental history, credit history and everyone goes through a criminal background check. The security deposit is $500. We do accept Section 8 vouchers. We do accept cats; our pet deposit is $300.00 and our non-refundable pet fee is $300.00. We are an Affordable Housing Community and do have income restrictions based on the number of people in your apartment. We do require your minimum income to be 2 times the amount of rent, which would be $2,770 a month. If you are in Sect. 8, your income would need to be 2 times your portion of the rent. The maximum income amount allowed is as follows; 1 person -$52,440, 2 person - $59,940, 3 person - $67,440, 4 person -$74,880, 5 person –$ 80,880. Our community is a park-like setting with 2 play areas, on-site laundry facilities, a nearby bus line, and a short distance of schools, shopping, and restaurants.
