Property Ratings at Maple Crossing Apartments
I have lived with Maple Crossing for about 2 years, and the experience has been fine, but the management has been atrocious. The building management team is rude and they have maintenance men that walk around spying on the tenants. It makes for an unsafe environment. Yola is pretty good, but Nora, I believe her name is, is very rude and makes the living experience very bad. They need to fix that. I also agree that parking is bad as well. Too many tenants park outside of their spots and leave little to no room. The neighbors can be a little loud but I also attribute that to the thin walls. The building also painted over many issues with my apartment and it was very noticeable. Overall, 5/10 if I had to rate it. A bit overpriced for what you get.

Deanna We are sad to hear that you are not having a good experience. Please know that maintenance and management work diligently to have a safe, clean environment for all residents. Maintenance of course keeps an eye on the property to maintain this environment. Management as well strives for a clean, healthy place for all residents to live. It is because of these high standards that we always have a waiting list.
Apartment is great, but the parking situation and neighbors are a disaster. Parking spaces are extremely tight so even if everyone parks inside the lines of their space, it makes it impossible to enter or exit your car. There have been many times I've come home and my space has been occupied by another car, probably a guest of a neighbor who can't bother to tell them where the guest spaces are. If you don't have a car, great place to live.. but if you do, hopefully it's the size of a egg so you don't have to deal with this mess.

We are aware of the tight parking spaces, however, they do meet the requirements set by the City and this way it allows us to offer AT LEAST 1 parking spot to be INCLUDED in the rent for each tenant. Most tenants even have the option for an additional space. If you ever see a vehicle in your spot which does not have the Resident sticker in their window, please call Vic's Towing: 847-233-0733, or report this to the office: 630-833-1935 Thank you.
Lived in a 2-bedroom @ 441 N Ardmore for a year. Rent was affordable, air conditioning worked very well. The office manager, Paula, was always extremely helpful. I appreciated my time here, but I should warn about a few major issues you should consider prior to renting here: One downside is the walls must be thin or something. The sound of people in other apartments can be very noticeable. The worst was when I woke up around 3am one night to hear a couple living above us having an extremely heated yelling match. Big downside is that around spring 2020, a family of mice (living in the walls?) got thru a hole under our kitchen sink and into our apartment. The problem lasted for the remainder of our time there. We caught at least 7 in the traps we set. Asked property management & all they did was give us more traps because they said it wouldn't be legal to call an exterminator (???)

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your issue was not handled to your satisfaction. We have a new manager with 25 year of experience. We will be happy to handle any maintenance or other issue that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
The office manager Paula is more than a manager for apartment rentals. She's been so helpful to me in so many ways. She's always willing to answer a question and help out. The maintenance men are also awesome. If I ever need anything repaired or checked they are right here to fix it. They are fast and neat and always happy.
