The historic Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood sits just between downtown Indianapolis and the Broad Ripple Village in an area known as Mid-North Indy. What began as a rural village located about three miles outside Indianapolis has developed into a popular suburb where Tudor, Colonial Revival, and Arts and Crafts architecture still line the streets. New residents continually move to the trendy neighborhood, drawn by its beauty and excellent location. This mixed-use neighborhood contains a variety of shops, businesses, grocery stores, restaurants, and parks.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Maple Court
Its a decent price for a decent apartment but terrible management
Property is well lit and secure with gated parking lot. Lots of surrounding schools with easy access to both work and bars downtown. Love the wooden floors as well. Can't beat it for the price!
Great place to live! Quite, nice neighbors, with friendly staff that always response within a short time frame. I definitely recommend living here.
Our apartment is about what you'd expect in its price range; $600/mo for a 2-bedroom, 1 bath 2nd floor apartment. The staff keeps the place clean and reasonably well-maintained, though the repairs done to the floor a few months ago weren't done properly and the tile will have to be replaced again. Who ignores a leaky toilet? These guys, that's who.
Maple Court Apartments, a gated community in the Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood of Indianapolis, looks like a nice enough place. Stallard and Associates' maintenance staff keep up with the lawn, though the rose bushes are pretty sad. They keep up with the gates, except for the missing knobs on 2 out of 3 pedestrian entryways. They're "family friendly," though there's no playground. They keep up with pest control, except for occasional plagues of bed bugs and roaches. Their response time is good, except when it's not. The ad we answered said, "Utilities included in rent," but "included" means "tacked onto," so you pay a different amount each month. In short, it's not a *terrible* place to live (hey, we've never been carjacked or burgled.) There are much nicer places for rent, but Stallard and Associates keep prices down with their zero-tolerance corporate policies. Whether it's worth it depends on your specific needs.
