Maple Brook Apartments

It’s a very nice place so far, although there’s never parking close even with such a large parking lot. No big deal just sucks to move boxes and stuff from so far away.

So far everything very good the attention when we move the best. Just some aesthetic details but I'm sure they'll fix it otherwise very good

I love my life here. Covered parking would be amazing! But I honestly love the community atmosphere and my cozy apartment. Wish something could be done for units right under trees to help ward off spiders and pollen since there is no hose or a way to keep patio furniture clean. I can’t really enjoy my porch unfortunately.

Very nice,cozy apartment, neighborhood is good, amenities are easily accessible. Gym is in good shape and the laundry room is descent could be a little bit cleaner.

It’s been awhile since I’ve stepped into the office. I don’t know if Kara still works here. Maybe we could get an update about the office staff and the best phone numbers to contact them by?

We don not really have any complaints. The gym is lacking a bit, it could use some different equipment. Mostly we are just very ready for the pool to open.

I’ve lived here a few weeks now and I love the property! The apartment is gorgeous and the landscaping is amazing. My pups love walking around the area! :)

Maple Brook is a safe ,clean environment. The layout of the apartment is beautiful with lots of space for a 1 bedroom apartment. Oh by the way Kara is super nice too.

I love it here. My only complaint is the traffic off the Gene Snyder but other than that I am really enjoying it. The floor plans are very spacious and it’s a cozy community. Feel with tons of food and shops nearby.

It's a nice condo to live in, super cozy and quiet. The apartments have a good layout with respect to the kitchen and living room. I highly recommend this condo.

It’s so very quiet here n convenient here so easy to get around from place to place. If only one thing that really irritates me and that is the female that lives upstairs with 2 kids that think this apt is sound proofed!!! It’s not and after 9:30 pm it’s really loud. That small child is so loud I’m woke up many times

My move in experience was great. The management team helped me throughout the process and were very nice. The maintenance team is quick with helping to address things as well.

The community is great! Everyone has open communication at all times. I feel very safe in my environment and the neighborhood is quiet. Tenants are all respectful and polite to each other.

Everything is real good except the woman above me with her kids they wake me up around 9:30 -11:30 every nite yelling n running n screaming. I know she does not care bc I can hear them talk. Ugh. Makes me think about moving!!!

I’ve been here for 12 years, the only negative thing I have to say is that keep changing managers. You get used to one then they have another. The property is always kept up and they listen when you ask questions.

I’ve enjoyed living here for 4 years. Very hospitable and the best front office and staff anyone could ask for. The maintenance crew is always on time and efficient. I’m so close to everywhere I need and love going too.

We have a relatively new maintenance assistant at Maple Brook. His name is Pedro and I have needed his help on a couple of occasions. Pedro has always been very pleasant, very courteous and respectful, and knowledgeable with the task he was assigned to perform. Kudos and much applause to Pedro, and of course to his supervisor, maintenance manager Mason, who has also always been outstanding and awesome when he has been called to my apartment for a maintenance issue. I don’t have that many, but when I have, Mason and Pedro are always there to help. Thank you very much to both. Gary D.

overall has been great. it can be loud at times due to people playing really loud music and revving engines with loud exhausts, but that’s about it. i will say though, i was very disappointed about how the property was taken care of during the snow/ice storm. three days of pure ice on the roads, no shoveling of the sidewalks, no salt and no one could leave their parking spots… extremely disappointing. could’ve caused someone serious injury.

I love my space here and the office team! Everyone is friendly. Visiting family and friends enjoy hanging out and lounging in my spacious apartment too.

Overall it’s going good, staff remains professional and polite, maintenance does a good job with responding and repairs. I had to report a couple of my packages being stolen, since then I purchased a camera with no more theft issues. It’s quiet, clean area over all.

The staff is very friendly, professional, helpful and fun. I honestly think this is the best apartment community I’ve lived in. They are very quick to answer any questions that I may have. I love it here!

I have lived here for 12 years, and customer service has been excellent, especially over the last few years. The apartments are large and you have lots of space.

Since I moved into my apartment in May 2024 there have been some issues with plumbing and the water heater upstairs in the apartment above me. The management and maintenance men handled it all quickly. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to help me anyway they can.

Such cute apartments! Love the staff! When i toured, i knew this would be the one for me! Super spacious rooms, love being able to walk straight from the car to the door.

Everything is fine with me in the apartment community.Everyone has been friendly and mind there business everyone speaks and some hold general conversation with you if they are walking there offer help if you are needing help.

I have lived here at maple Brook for 3 years. I have had a good experience. I am moving out next month due to the rent increase. The office staff has always been easy to work with. I will miss living here.

For me,.. a 75 old female, it is peaceful very convenient to almost anything you could want people are friendly n respectful so far I am very satisfied living here

Just moved into my new apartment, and the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and handling everything with professionalism. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a seamless move-in experience!

Great staff and maintenance team, neighbors can be a little noisy and the trash is always overflowing but the staff makes up for it by constantly trying to improve things around the community!

It was an incredible experience, super happy to have been in this Maple Brook apartment complex. I recommend it to everyone, it is very quiet.

Satisfied resident here. No complaints my way, although I am thinking that a community recycling center would be cool. Also, wish I’d known sooner the pool was open late into September.

The office staff is top notch. They go above and beyond to help and they treat everyone with respect. The community is clean and I always feel safe. Great place to live!

II just currently moved here and it was a very fast and simple process. I really had a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. I couldn't recommend them more! The staff was very professional and are just great people to take care of my property as a rental. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area.

Clean community, fairly quiet, cozy apartment with a good amount of space! The girls in the leasing office were a big help with talking me through the application process and making sure I got the apartment I wanted!

Maple Brook Apartments are very nice, spacious, modern apartments. They feature awesome amenities and an amazing pool/lounge area. Maple Brook is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and a major interstate highway for easy access.

Nice apartments conveniently located close to everything quiet and clean I would recommend these apartments to anyone that’s looking for an apartment just a little over priced but other than that everything looks great

Love the management and people at Maple Brook. Seriously awesome. Everyone is always so helpful and management are the most friendly people and always have solutions to any issue you may be having.

I have enjoyed my last year at this property. They’re currently making some upgrades which is nice. The floor plans are spacious. Love the large patios.

I’m very pleased with the service provided by both Makayla and Kara. They follow through and are genuinely concerned for their tenants. Each time I have reached out to them for any reason they always treat me with kindness and respect .

It’s quiet and very convenient to almost everything,.. from shopping to salons to hospital,.. everything you would want or need. A few things are close enough to walk. It’s great

I appreciate the new work out equipment and using the key pods to get in everywhere. The new ceiling fan that I had put in really has help the apartment stay cool during these really hot day we were having.

I love living here at Maple Brook. The property is kept clean. The apartment is spacious and I love my deck the extra storage. Any maintenance requests I have had were completed within a reasonable time. I enjoy it here!!

Zero problems so far. Extremely nice staff, no noisy neighbors, and the apartment was clean and ready to go. Very happy that I decided to live here.
