Mansfield is a peaceful suburb about 30 miles south of Boston and 20 miles north of Providence, Rhode Island. This family-friendly city is home to great schools and scenic outdoor areas like the sprawling Great Woods Conservation Area and Marie Streese Conservation Area. The Interstate 95 and 495 junction and the Mansfield train station, served by MBTA’s commuter line between Providence and Boston, make the city great for commuters as well. The Mansfield Municipal Airport is situated towards the south of town, making further travel accessible. Other amenities in Mansfield include Mansfield Crossing, a large shopping center off Interstate 495, and great local restaurants off Main Street in Mansfield Center. Several sprawling golf courses reside outside of the city, and residents enjoy the quick travel time to Boston and Providence for big-city amenities and attractions.

Property Ratings at Mansfield Meadows
I've been residing here for 14.5 month's. I really like the area I live, close to everything. At The Meadow, the staff has all been very nice, professional and helpful when needed. They give you all the privacy you need living a community with lot's of apartment's. Most of all the neighbor's/resident's I have come into contact with are all friendly and greet you with a smile. The only negative thing I can say is that the maintenance department is slow with making repairs! I alway's give them adequate enough time to make any repair's I have, but If I have to constantly report the same problem two and three times, over a month and no contact from the maintenace department for repairs, is just a bit to much time. Doesn't matter whether major or minor repairs, the should be taken care of in a reason amount of time. Other than that I am very satified with my residency here!!
Completely refinished and updated apartment in an older building. Brand new appliances, fake wood linoleum flooring, washer and dryer in my building are reasonably priced. My bathroom is sparkling white with new tiles toilet and sink! All the apartments are being redone in the same way with different amounts of rug and linoleum. Maintenance is very nice and comes by in a timely manner when work orders are called in. The pool is always clean and has a life guard on duty.
