Manchester Townhomes

The property manager Tabitha is extremely rude and condescending. She is very arrogant and seems to think that because she is a manager she can talk to people however she wants to. If you go to this office you’re much better off speaking to Chris.

I am writing my review because I have been extremely happy with my stay here at Manchester. I have been living here for a few years and have had an overall good experience. Ever since the new manager in the office has gotten here, I have noticed that the property has gotten much better. Tabitha is kind, and she is always on the property. There are times that she even stops by just to say hello. She really cares about her residents and has a kind heart.

Inside the apartments looks old. Leaves and dirty is coming in through below the door. Below the door is wide open and they are saying all their apartments doors are like that and they can’t fix it. It doesn’t matter how many years you have been living in, they don’t renovate the apartment. Apartments carpet is very old even the vacuum cleaner don’t work well because it is too old. Who ever was painting the apartments was rushing it because the paint is all over the wooden parts. They need to do better and try to renovate all the apartments, especially the one tenants are still in. Good landlord will make sure is tenants are living in the nice environment and comfortable. This pictures makes Manchester apartments looks brand new but in real life inside of this apartments looks nothing like this. I hope this review will help somebody.

The space in the 3 bedrooms at Manchester Townhomes is just amazing. It's like a getaway from everyone else in your house. You have space but it still feels like home! Highly recommend!
