For those who prefer shade, don't like hot seats in the summer, or clearing snow off cars in the winter, we also have carports available for rent! Lastly, Mallard Cove is located at the corner of Oakland Drive and Milham Avenue, our location can't be beat! It's easy access to I-94 and US- 131, Just minutes away from tons of shopping locations, dining and entertainment, and still being a pretty settle property.
