Property Ratings at Malabu Bridge Condos
This is the best place I have ever rented. Mark is the best landlord I have ever had, very responsive, no issues at all. The property itself is bug free, quiet, and safe. If you are looking for your next rental in Lexington, look no further!!!
I needed somewhere last minute and I was so lucky to come across these apartments! The location is seconds away from the main highway and close to hot spots in the city. Amazing restaurants and grocery store around the corner. Place was very clean and had everything I needed. My unit was furnished which was perfect for my short stay and included everything I needed to be my home away from home. The leasing agent was quick to respond to any questions I had. The parking lot is in the back which I thought was awesome and didn’t have my car so exposed on the street. Also everyone needs a key to enter the building. Thanks for the great stay!
Lived here during last 2 years of medical school and was very pleased with the apartment and location. Recommend to any UK healthcare workers looking for a 1bedroom.
Loved living here:) Landlords were really nice. Any time I had a problem they were on it immediately. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other places I've lived.
I very much enjoyed living here: the proximity to New Circle (yet no traffic noises) and other necessities and I had very few maintenance needs (internal and external spaces were well kept). There are many benefits that you don't realize you have here until you're looking for a new place and find other places are lacking: an external door kept out bugs, weather, and strangers; entrance from 2 different floors; a tucked away parking lot that was well lit and safe for your car and people; quieter population (not a "college" building); etc. I would have liked utilities to be included in the rent, but it's separate. I only moved to be closer to work to save both time and money (commute was 50 miles each day or 1.25hrs each day. I'd rate 4.5/5.
