After viewing 10 different apartments in the last 2-3 weeks, I think I found a winner!! Had a touring on yesterday, Allyriah Russell was great and answered all my questions and concerns. These apartments are 2 mins away from my work. Some of the apartments are renovated, and super nice! The apartment I choice is not one of the renovated ones, but it’s just as nice with a price in my budget!! I think I’m going to be happy moving in this community, not super big (what I like,) and the outside up keep was clean!

Would not recommend. Resident since 2020, and the community has gone downhill. Rent has increased nearly $500.
The rental process could sometimes become overwhelming from paperwork to requirements however the team of professionals especially Brit'knie was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, addressed all concerns and went above and beyond to work with the timeline I had in terms of relocating and getting settled. The amenities are amazing, the environment is family oriented, kids friendly, management does an excellent job with maintaining sanitation and beautification of the surroundings. I definitely made the right choice to become a resident at Mainstreet at Conyers

Overall this complex is not a bad place to call home temporarily but it could be much better for the amount of rent paid. The new owners have made changes exterior changes to make the outside look nice - pool area updated, front doors painted, new signage and whole parking lot repaved BUT no interior updates! Would be really nice to have carpets cleaned annually and mismatched appliances changed out and units professionally sprayed for insects! Guess it’s more important for the outside to look nicer than the inside.
Mainstreet needs to keep its word on when things are to be done. Overall its not a bad place to live, the residents are nice and the amenities are decent. Scale of 1 to 10 its a 6.

The community itself is decent to live in. My unit was dirty upon move in with numerous things broken. It took me 2 months of requesting service and help with this on a near daily basis to have my place moderately acceptable. I have given up at this point given my frustration. Management is unreliable and makes a lot of false promises. Broken community facilities are “being repaired this week” for about the past 6 weeks. Same answer every time I ask. The staff won’t even show up to work every day. I have gone to the office numerous times in need of assistance during regular posted business hours to find no one there over the course of a few hours. The rent is too high for the quality of the overall living experience.
Love the floor plans and the pictures of the updated apartments. Lots of parking.
I love living in my community. For the most part the residents are good. The community as a whole are getting better about keeping the property clean. The staff work with you regarding any concerns you may have.
If you are able to rent a townhouse or house in the area, please consider that option before moving here. Not truly a gated community if the entrance gate is always broken. The door housing the trash dumpster has been broken for months resulting in mountains of trash being left outside on the ground. Instead of management thinking to have the door fixed so the trash driver can access the dumpster they rented a large open top dumpster. Really???? All this after management sent a nasty letter to residents threatening to charge $20 for bags left outside the dumpster. No one wants to come home and see trash bags all over the place - this results in stray animals and rats. They replaced the prior management staff - who in my opinion were very approachable and professional. The current staff are young and obviously not properly trained to deal with these type of issues. Maybe with time they will learn. Also, the buildings need to be pressure washed and the pavement inside the car wash bay looks like it is caving in - does not look safe...looks like the ground could give way and your car will fall in the ground. There is a Conyers Police and Rockdale Sheriff who lives onsite and think that may lessen the crime which is a big plus. Overall, its not a horrible to live but again if the option is there to rent a house....do it. We are getting ready to move out.
I was here for five to six years. I would say it's a pretty nice community. When you compare it to other complexes and apartments, especially those in Atlanta you surely get pay less money for more space. It's a gated community, there are some officers that live there and some that would patrol from time to time. Not very impressed by the trash, gets really messy from time to time. Never had to deal with maintenance much. There's plenty of parking space, management was very easy to work with. Safety was my number one concern. Never had any problems with neighbors or burglary. Rent does go up as expected when it's time to renew and I'm sure pricing has changed dramatically over the years since u first moved it. On Sigman Rd area I would say it's def. the better choice and I would definitely recommend it. Perks: pool, car wash, security alarms (extra charge)
