      Great community overall. Needs more soundproofing between floors and we appear to have people who don't live here parking in our garage overnight. The team in the office and the maintenance team are wonderful.

      Took great care of us during Hurricane Helene. Really nice buildings. Only problem is that our hot water & AC went out at the end of august and it took like 8 days of maintenance constantly in and out to fix.

      Main and stone has the most perfect amenities and is just a short walk from down town!! You get the desired city life as well as the peace and serenity of just outside downtown. Highly recommend for active individuals due to all the beautiful parks nearby!

      I really enjoy it here for the most part. I wish there was better insulation between floors, as one person walking purposely sounds like a herd of elephants overhead (hence the minus one star). I really like the heightened level of communication from the office in letting us know what's going on and appreciate the timely response, whenever I have a question for the office or a maintenance issue. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I enjoy living near all the great theater and music and feel safe here.

      The apartment is fantastic as far as space, layout, sunlight and access to downtown! We have enjoyed being in our apartment quite a bit. Our only drawbacks are some of the finishes are pretty mediocre. The sink faucet and showerheads are barebones basic. And the water pressure is pretty bad. And the fridge is as basic as they could have gone. But its all functional and the apartment is still great regardless. We do wish there were a few more community events and a dog park though. Excited for the pool when it gets warmer:)

      I really enjoy living here at Main & Stone. The location is perfect for me. We have great amenities and the staff is awesome! My neighbors are considerate and I love sitting on the balcony and taking in the city life. There is plenty of parking in the covered garage and I feel safe in my environment.       Incompetent Management and Lack of Maintenance

      This property is not what it used to be. After many years at M&S this property is rapidly degrading. Originally the management company was excellent and maintained the property. The current staff and company are completely incompetent in handling lease renewal, sent me an eviction notice, after failing to process my lease renewal. The pool area, and hallways are dirty, and they are not even maintaining the lights in the parking garage, as they are not paying the maintenance company. There have also been repeated mold issues in the buildings over the years. Utterly disappointed and heartbroken that I am moving due to incompetent staff and property degrading.

      Not great, Upon move in, there were some blemishes they should have had plenty of time to fix, just in the small details, but still. The water pressure sucks, the building makes weird noises, but they are loud as heck so harder to "get used to". And the trash valet doesn't actually pick up the trash, even if instructions are followed.

      Love it here at Main&Stone! I can walk everywhere, and my commute to work is close by too. My one bedroom is all the space I need with a balcony.       So, while signing papers for the lease. I was informed that the internet was down and they could not program our fobs to enter the building, so they gave us 1 loaner fob for the 3 of us. I also was given mailbox keys that did not work. I had to wait until the next Monday to get enough fobs for everyone. The office person I talked to about the mailbox key was off and didn’t inform anyone else. So we waited over the weekend and Monday thinking we were giving maintenance time to fix the problem when on Tuesday we find out they know nothing about the mailbox key problem. Grrrrr! They don’t return phone calls or emails and rely on the resident app too much for communication.

      Doe the most part its been good, but management really need to pay closer attention to detail. The security gate has been broken for 2 years or more and nobody seems to concerned to fix it, Seems like the price we pay we would have top amenities.

      First and foremost, the apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that every corner of the space was sparkling clean and inviting.       Do not rent here

      I have had issues since day one of moving in. The complex is disgusting, I had black mold issues, cabinets are chipped and peeling, doors have been broken for months in the halls, trash everywhere, we pay $50 a month for parking but the gate has been broken for 2 years, dog spa never works….list goes on and on. Management has changed 3 times in less than 2 years and it’s like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone. Do not rent here!
