The apartments themselves are very nice & dealing with the leasing office has been very easy whenever I’ve had to. Pool and gym are both great.

Great amenities, wonderful maintenance team, and affordable. I love it at main and stone and I have never had any issues renewing my lease or any issues with the apartment.

I’m continuing to really enjoy living at M&S. The location is amazing & the view is so beautiful. Great neighbors & excellent staff/management. Highly recommend:)

Great community overall. Needs more soundproofing between floors and we appear to have people who don't live here parking in our garage overnight. The team in the office and the maintenance team are wonderful.

So far so good. Began moving my finance from Nashville this weekend (Nov. 1), and had our first night in Greenville. The location is super convenient and the atmosphere is fantastic.

Took great care of us during Hurricane Helene. Really nice buildings. Only problem is that our hot water & AC went out at the end of august and it took like 8 days of maintenance constantly in and out to fix.

Main and stone has the most perfect amenities and is just a short walk from down town!! You get the desired city life as well as the peace and serenity of just outside downtown. Highly recommend for active individuals due to all the beautiful parks nearby!

I chose Main and Stone because of the location. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but they have been rectified and I feel certain we can move forward in a positive way. I am excited about my new home.

The location is also super convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community, making it a place I'm always happy to come back to.

Loving it here everyone is so friendly and nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is always great and quiet . Will definitely continue to recommend this home to everyone

Love this apartment complex. They have movies nights here! A great facilities and very friendly staff people. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable spot on the quite-side of downtown.

Clean and great location! My place is located right next to a big elevator, which is easy for moving. I also love how I can walk and bike places to eat or just if I'm bored.

I just moved in but Main & Stone has made it such an easy move, I’m excited to learn more about the community here! It’s such a cute little part of town and a really nice little unit.

It is a cool place. Good bang for your buck. Nice people. I'd call it a diamond in the rough, but there isn't anything rough about this place!

The best amenities! The staff is so nice and the apartments are amazing and so clean. I just renewed my lease because it is so nice at main and stone.

It’s great so far for the first month. I’ve really enjoyed the views and seems like a very cool place for the summer with all the young adults.

Wonderful apartment complex. Right downtown Greenville, perfect for walking distances for food shops, and entertainment. Amazing pool gym facility, as well as lounges.

Main Stone is a wonderful place to live. With convenient access to downtown Greenville, comfortable pool/gym and spacious apartments it’s the perfect place to live.

The staff here is so responsive and helpful! Anytime I needed anything they always knew who to contact, and it is very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone I know.

Everyone at the office made it so easy and they have all been super nice. The complex is always clean and quiet. So happy I choose Main and Stone!

I really enjoy it here for the most part. I wish there was better insulation between floors, as one person walking purposely sounds like a herd of elephants overhead (hence the minus one star). I really like the heightened level of communication from the office in letting us know what's going on and appreciate the timely response, whenever I have a question for the office or a maintenance issue. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I enjoy living near all the great theater and music and feel safe here.

Really enjoyed my time at M&S - really a hidden gem of a resident spot to live. Submerged between a couple historical residential area in GVegas and right along McPherson Park. Highly recommend.

The apartment is fantastic as far as space, layout, sunlight and access to downtown! We have enjoyed being in our apartment quite a bit. Our only drawbacks are some of the finishes are pretty mediocre. The sink faucet and showerheads are barebones basic. And the water pressure is pretty bad. And the fridge is as basic as they could have gone. But its all functional and the apartment is still great regardless. We do wish there were a few more community events and a dog park though. Excited for the pool when it gets warmer:)

I really enjoy living here at Main & Stone. The location is perfect for me. We have great amenities and the staff is awesome! My neighbors are considerate and I love sitting on the balcony and taking in the city life. There is plenty of parking in the covered garage and I feel safe in my environment. I can’t wait to hit the pool when the weather warms!!

So far it’s been pretty good!! The office staff has been very nice, patient friendly and helpful! We love our apartment! Minus a few little things that can be corrected and cleaned! The community feels great, and in a great location!

Everyone is so friendly and the amenities are beautiful. Anytime I have ever needed maintenance they are incredibly easy to track down, and the buildings are perfectly clean.

This property is not what it used to be. After many years at M&S this property is rapidly degrading. Originally the management company was excellent and maintained the property. The current staff and company are completely incompetent in handling lease renewal, sent me an eviction notice, after failing to process my lease renewal. The pool area, and hallways are dirty, and they are not even maintaining the lights in the parking garage, as they are not paying the maintenance company. There have also been repeated mold issues in the buildings over the years. Utterly disappointed and heartbroken that I am moving due to incompetent staff and property degrading.

Not great, Upon move in, there were some blemishes they should have had plenty of time to fix, just in the small details, but still. The water pressure sucks, the building makes weird noises, but they are loud as heck so harder to "get used to". And the trash valet doesn't actually pick up the trash, even if instructions are followed.

Love it here at Main&Stone! I can walk everywhere, and my commute to work is close by too. My one bedroom is all the space I need with a balcony. Maintenance is professional and courteous and don't forget the awesome folks in property mgmt. Plenty of garage parking and great community amenities.

Great team, beautiful Apartment, quiet neighbors! I found the move in easy and smooth and am really enjoying the ease of getting to the theater, live music, shopping and exploring downtown!

I really enjoy living in this complex, though I do feel it is a bit expensive for the lack of cleanliness and upkeep at points. Overall, I do recommend living here, though these issues do get frustrating when they consistently occur despite reaching out to maintenance/staff.

Very nice place with great amenities and neighbors. Definitely recommend the area. You have to check out the gym and the pool with many places of food to choose from close by restaurants and downtown area

This will be my 2nd year at this apartment complex and I seriously wouldn't want to live anywhere else! It is so close to downtown - walking distant and a great park too! It is also very close to many other things like shopping, groceries, to see the movies!

Great location and community. Nice apartments with utilities and a convenient parking garage. Not much help was given when moving in, which led to confusion.

Everyone has been so welcoming and I love my new space! I was initially worried that noise would be an issue but so far I have not been disturbed and it’s very quiet at night.

So, while signing papers for the lease. I was informed that the internet was down and they could not program our fobs to enter the building, so they gave us 1 loaner fob for the 3 of us. I also was given mailbox keys that did not work. I had to wait until the next Monday to get enough fobs for everyone. The office person I talked to about the mailbox key was off and didn’t inform anyone else. So we waited over the weekend and Monday thinking we were giving maintenance time to fix the problem when on Tuesday we find out they know nothing about the mailbox key problem. Grrrrr! They don’t return phone calls or emails and rely on the resident app too much for communication.

We really have found Main and Stone very accommodating. The location is awesome, the grounds are clean and neat, nice pool and gym, and if there is an issue they are on it.

Doe the most part its been good, but management really need to pay closer attention to detail. The security gate has been broken for 2 years or more and nobody seems to concerned to fix it, Seems like the price we pay we would have top amenities.

I just recently moved into an apartment at Main and Stone and so far, I’m loving it! The amenities are very nice, and the entire complex is clean and tidy.

Not what we expected. Ad makes complex appearance better than actually is. However, office staff is wonderful!! All very polite and professional.

First and foremost, the apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that every corner of the space was sparkling clean and inviting. The furnishings were modern and stylish, creating an atmosphere that was both sophisticated and cozy. The location of the apartment was also ideal. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance, allowing me to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. What truly sets main and stone apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment of booking to check-out, the team was friendly, attentive, and responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, their professionalism and dedication were truly commendable.

I have had issues since day one of moving in. The complex is disgusting, I had black mold issues, cabinets are chipped and peeling, doors have been broken for months in the halls, trash everywhere, we pay $50 a month for parking but the gate has been broken for 2 years, dog spa never works….list goes on and on. Management has changed 3 times in less than 2 years and it’s like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone. Do not rent here!

I overall had a great experience and I am very happy with where I chose to live. I love the part of town I live in, very close to the main part of downtown; however, still distant enough to have that peace and quiet. I love having access to a pool and lounge,.

Apartment is nice, but in front of main street I heard much the traffic. However position is really good and near all the necessary to leave.
