      No answer

      Everyone has been nice HOWEVER it seems like no one answers the phone in office . The hours don’t match up to what the door says . I still haven’t heard anything about move in and it’s been 2 weeks . I’ve been calling and emailing . I have received no answer .

      DONT CONSIDER HERE RIGHT NOW

      This place was taken over. There have been 2 homicides in the last 6 months. At night, women cannot park near their house of they rent a car because the apartment has a "sticker" only policy and all the visitor parking is inadequate - its always full with the same cars that means either their are people staying g here that don't rent here or there are people that won't register their cars. Maintenance routines (like pest control requests) are ignored. No one from the office has walk the complex at night to see all the lights out between the buildings. Trash is rampant.- apparently they allow people who do not know how to use a dumpster to rent here.

      DO NOT MOVE HERE

      I rented an apartment here online as I was relocating from out of state. I have been totally unhappy with this complex. The majority of the tenants seem to be Section 8 and have no pride in their living environment. The grounds is littered with trash, the dumpster are always overflowing and have trash and discarded furniture around it. I embarrassing eyesore! The police are called to the complex frequently arresting people. I have had horrible upstairs neighbors who allow the children to ride their hovercraft indoors for hours on end past midnight frequently; who had loud partys past 2am, smoking Marijuana on the balcony and throwing their trash and blunts on my patio and who have woke me up past midnight many times. 09/19 I had a bullet shot into my bedroom wall in the middle of the night. I have had police knock numerous on my door looking for various people. I have witnessed groups of teenagers and young men buy and smoking Marijuana around the outside of my building and other buildings. I do not recommend this complex if you want a clean, safe home. I won't be renewing my lease come 6/1/20!

      Do Not Move Here!

      One of the worst Federally Funded Properties in Hampton Roads. Filthy, garbage thrown about around the property by residents. Kids running through breeze ways, blocking residents entry to stairwell. Property Management at times setting ridiculous rules to attempt to control resident related problems. Very noisy, Between Jet noise, kids playing outside, unruly neighbors, car stereos and traffic...let’s just say this property is not for someone seeking a nice and reasonably peaceful home. Definitely a trend in this area.

      Live Elsewhere!!

      The rental office ladies are generally nice until they receive a complaint, which for me began the moment I moved in. My kids and I call this place Dirty Run! It’s been an ongoing battle with trash being thrown all over the place by residents and garbage overflowing into the streets! The residents could care less about playing loud music all times of the night, kids playing in the parking lots to running up and down the stairs. The noise in this neighborhood is Insane!! Teens outside til late using foul language and just plain being disrespectful. Security is no real help, these kids threaten the security officers in duty! Maintenance guys are ok, but nothing really gets repaired or done to the point where I do not have to call them back several times. The floor plans are very spacious and that is about the ONLY positive thing that I can say about this place. They also have servalence cameras all over the property, watching daily! I’m conflicted between this being for safety reasons or for the purpose of spying on residents. This would not be necessary if they wouldn’t just let anyone move here and if they weren’t so pushy to get people to sign a lease. Move elsewhere, this area is notorious for not having enough available apartments within a decent price range!

      Spacious

      Great price for everything included! Over 1,000ft! Love the 2 full bathrooms as well as the washer & dryer connections! It's also definitely a plus being so close to all the stores in Peninsula Town Center.
