Magnolia View has been wonderful since the very beginning of me coming to view an apartment unit, they are very attentive, very quick and overall a very clean apartment complex. I would recommend to friends and family!
Magnolia View Has an excellent sense of community and togetherness and its a place that you can feel at home and where your neighbors are kind and the staff is excellent!

I have only been in my new home one week and so far it has been an awesome experience! The community is so peaceful and safe. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives!
I'll start with the positives, to which there are few, the staff have all been really professional, nice, and seem to know what they are doing; the layout of the apartment is spacious and on a video tour looks really nice. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. The construction of this apartment complex was in the cheapest way possible. The floors creak, the walls are thin, and you marked most of the parking spots as reserved around the building. Also the internet is horrid, please get a better contract with faster and more reliable internet. In today's time the internet is a must, if I would have known the internet situation before I signed the lease I would have choose somewhere else.
This is mine and the fiancés first move! And so far everyone has been so friendly and kind especially the staff! And even the community around! Its great! Also its very peaceful and love the convenience of food choices and Walmart of course haha. Nothing but great things so far from the both of us and are very happy to be staying here at Magnolia View! :)
Our maintenance worker was quick, and knowledgeable.
So far it's been an excellent experience besides the lights been turned off at times due to the storms. Maybe one day that can be fixed. But other than that the experience had been very good. Will be staying here for a while with me and my family.

Worst apartment complex Ive ever come in contact with! Money hungry people with very poor management!
I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and it's been a nightmare since year 3. This apartment complex is only concerned about one thing: money, money, money. This year they introduced valet trash, which is great because the trash compactor is on the other side of the complex to where I live. But I have complain to management four times in the past 2 months because trash wasn't getting picked up at our building. Every time I call the front office they said "will inform are rep and make sure that they are taking pictures of your unit with the trash being picked up." Still nothing has been taken care of and it is still happening. I know for a fact that they only care about themselves and not the tenants. As well, they will do everything that they can to take more money out of your pocket then to actually help you with your concerns and needs. Parking is the prime example, more paid parking spots are available than free parking because if you want a parking spot it's about an extra $35 and if you want garage parking and extra $80 on top of the ridiculously high rent price. The only thing that was good about this apartment complex was that it was very quiet, neighbors not really that loud, Great Schools, and hardly any police present because of minimum to no criminal activity.

Management is awful, they will not work with you to fix issues they will just sorry it's policy we can't do anything about it. They will never offer up solutions. Absolutely terrible.
I moved in Timber Oaks about a year ago and just resigned a new lease. I moved from another state and the staff was amazing during this hard time in my life. Being able to walk downtown and live in a small town has a homie feel to me also, I work in downtown Dallas which takes me about 40 mins depending on traffic. I would highly recommend Timber Oaks.
I lived at Timberoak apartments and this is by far the worst place to live. If you want a property manager that will not fix anything and bugs everywhere then live here. Applicances do not work and trash everywhere. Loud neighbors and poorly ran.
