For over half a century, Huntsville has been associated with the development and testing of rockets for space exploration. This idyllic community in the Appalachian foothills of northern Alabama is a powerhouse of high-tech innovation for both civilian and military applications, with Redstone Arsenal, Cummings Research Park, and NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center driving the local economy. Living in the Huntsville area, you are likely to hear sounds from helicopters and rocket engines on a fairly regular basis.
The city’s intellectual values extend into the local schools as well, which are among the best in the state. But even though the city is home to such a large and unique scientific community, Huntsville retains a timeless atmosphere of Southern charm. Beautiful historic architecture is all around, especially in the Twickenham and Old Town Historic Districts.
Huntsville offers an array of apartments and houses available for rent in every style and budget imaginable.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Magnolia Place
I don't know how these people expect to conduct any profitable business if they're totally unwilling to communicate. They've shut off their phone and they don't respond to emails. I can only imagine how miserable they are in person. I've never done business with them, and I'm already perfectly willing to recommend that no one else do business with them either. If you can't respect your prospective customers enough to communicate with them, then you deserve to fail.
This place aint what it use to be. That guy and girl working in the office have really turned things around. This place use to be an eye sore with a bad rep. Not no more. I would highly recommend.
This place so trash don’t ever rent here..neverr it’s nasty and they don’t care how the place look.no ac nothing..the worst play too live. Thank me later
It’s perfect if you want a place with no AC in the summer and no heat in the winter. Management has changed twice since I’ve been here, the quality of service has not. If you’re looking for an apartment that provides what they say they do, I WOULDN’T recommend here!!
This apartment complex is horrible. The whole apartment building is infested with rats and roaches and the apartment complex wont do anything about it. You can never get maintenance out for anything. The plumbing sucks, it takes all day for the water to run out of the tub and the A.C. barely works. Washers and Dryers dont work, 1 doesn't spin, some dont feel up all the way with water. The dryers take your money. The rent is cheap but you pay for what you receive.
When I first moved here I had a bad experience. Maintenance was lazy fixing everything and the neighbors were trouble. A lot of people were months behind on rent. 2 lease managers later we got a new maintenance guy that does a great job and a sheriff has been hired to live here a regulate things. After 8 months of being here its a quiet neighborhood. All the apartments are 2 bedroom and they are really spacey. The location is exactly next to Alabama A&M making it perfect for college students. The city bus stop is right in front and we have a washer and dryer facility. The apartment is close to resteraunts and grocery stores. To sum it up, It's a perfect place for younger adults.
