Property Ratings at Magnolia Place Apartments
We have loved living at Magnolia Place. The location is unbeatable, the staff is kind, maintenance is great, and the community is safe and quiet. The apartment we rented was updated, freshly painted, and had reliable appliances. We are so happy to call this place home.
Plumbing sucks. Its old and backs up they just call a plumber because the lines are old and need to be replaced but its cheaper for a plumber than it is to dig up concrete.
I have lived at Magnolia Place for a year and love it. My apartment was completely upgraded before I moved in with new flooring, appliances, ceiling fans, and light fixtures. The Management is wonderful. They are quick to respond to any issue and keep the grounds immaculate. Maintenance is also quick and efficient. The property is quiet and convenient to everything I need. I looked in the Cool Springs area before deciding on an apartment, however, the rents there were out the roof! Mine is reasonable for the Franklin area. The schools are great and I cannot say enough about the soccer park not a mile from here!
Badly in need of updating, stained carpet, bathtub faucet sticks, cabinet hinges falling off. Layers and layers of paint on cabinets and walls, dishwasher is terrible. Convenient location and great school district.
