The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Magnolia Parke
I've lived here for over a year and this is the best apartment I've had in Gainesville. It's very quiet as there are only 10 apartments within Magnolia Parke. Huge balcony overlooking One Love Cafe. Brand new Starbucks just opened on site. UF Pediatrics is literally across the parking lot, making it super convenient for anyone with little ones. Management is great as well. Super easy to deal with and any maintenance items are dealt with promptly. Highly recommend to anyone.
I am about to be in my 3rd year living here- I've rented in Gainesville for 7 years now. This will be the ONLY place that I continue to rent until I either decide to buy, or leave Gainesville. The building owner/landlord is amazing- anytime I need something, they respond immediately and get it taken care of right away- you can't really beat that. The view is unbeatable for the area. You get free live music nearly daily with One Love Cafe. It's quiet, with it not being in the crazy University/downtown area, and perfect area for kids to play. And, it's unbeatable considering there are only 10 apartments- all the neighbors are great. Zero complaints at all.
