The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Magnolia Gardens
I have lived at the property for several years now, the location is great my maintenance gets handled promptly, the building is quiet. Which is great since I work from home.
The manager doesn't respond to calls/texts. The building owners constantly raise rent without addressing basic issues with the building like the ceiling collapsing in the parking area or nonstop water and plumbing issues. Avoid this place at all costs!
I live in a one bedroom I love it very nice layout, my favorite part is that the building is quiet.
Close to everything, room is very nice and spacious
