So far so good. A few adjustments could be made, but I enjoy living here and the office staff is AMAZING. The grounds could be maintained a little better and cobwebs could be cleaned up. I would love to be able to play tennis but the court is in bad shape.

I must say I am not happy with the apartment complex. When I moved in, I was so excited about having a swimming pool outdoor cooking. But unfortunately, it is now the middle of June. And grills are not capable of use. No propane or the proper racks to even utilize the grill. Both swimming pools are still not open one of my major reasons for moving in here. With that being said, I will not be renewing my lease when it comes time too many different things that go on, I’m paying for things that I can’t even utilize !

Give yourself a month out if you can before considering this to be your next move. It is a great option for people to have but the process was stressful. It took so long for them to complete each step and communication was terrible. Just give yourself time if you have it.
Had a hiccup concerning the insurance but the check in was good. Alexandra helped me and she was very sweet. She made the process go very smoothly and she even printed me a copy of my lease agreement for me.

Not really happy with how people take care of the grounds. Dog poop not picked up, glass still all around parking lot. I told the office about it and they said they would take care of it! But unfortunately it’s still there by an abandoned car! Not happy about that. Hopefully soon it will be taking care of. I really thought that this place was great at first but it takes a long time to get stuff fixed . But my biggest concern is the way this place looks outside. Not clean!
the community is lovely. There are friendly people around. That’s what I like. there are lots of restaurants I have been dying to go to cheesecake factory the food was so good

I recently moved into a two bedroom apartment with my younger sister and omg are we in love with it. My favorite thing to do is cook and the kitchen lit with natural light during the morning time with coffee in hand makes me feel at home. Absolutely love that maintenance is efficient which is hard to find in apartment homes!

Just moved in on 10/26 and unfortunately the apartment had a couple down sides. I don't have hot water and the water floods when I turn on the sink or the shower. They had to move my move in date which original was 10/24 as well but I'm glad they were able to work something out for me. But this apartment has a lot of problems that need to be fixed. Even on the outside the ground is all MUD. No grass nothing to cover when it rains. Very disappointing for the first move in especially with what I'm paying for. Only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because front desk is very nice and helpful.

Very quiet I love it. The rent office always make sure they answer any questions I have. I love the daily trash valet and the incitement is amazing. My only problem is my building could use a pressure wash.

Great, quiet neighborhood. Everything's close by like my job, the mall, great restaurants and other things to do. Wonderful staff, moving day was very easy.

Recently moved in. Experienced a hiccup with the ductwork needing maintenance. Once I notified the office, they called an outside service company and the situation was taken care of in a timely manner. The atmosphere and nature scenario in this community is pleasant. The Office staff are courteous.

Like it so far, has a great location and a lot of places are really close, like the South Park mall or Barnes and noble my fav place. There is a grocery store and a Pharmacy really close too which is convenient. So far so good.
