Property Ratings at Madison on Mercer
i tried talking to the lady over the phone about moving in and she tells me "i have other stuff to do" in a rude way while im talking to her about the fees to move in
For one management is AWFUL. They literally do everything on their own time. Secondly these apartments were thrown together extremely too fast you can tell with the poor building structure. Floor boards are place to cover the hole by bath tubs, apartment electrical system is trash a lot of tenants had to beg to get assistance in order to use out laundry rooms. The walls are paper thin you can literally hear your neighbors whole conversation. Not to mention the terrible potholes that'll literally tear up your car. The pictures make it look worth the money but I guarantee you it's not.
Maintenance and Manager were awesome in my transition. Maintenance handled my issues immediately. Manager is professional and prompt.
The Managers made the move so smooth. Any questions or concerns were handled professionally and timely. I would recommend these apartments to others.
