I love living here ! everything is always kept clean and i never have any issues with maintenance. management is also very helpful!

This community has lots of parking options, wether you prefer covered or uncovered, reserved or unreserved. The lay out of the apartments make it easy to get to any apartment from the parking areas. The pools are always kept clean when it’s swimming season. The community is quiet and alsways peaceful. Overall it’s truly a haven for my family!

This apartment complex has amazing service, management is always super nice and understanding! whenever there is a problem they jump right on it ! the inside of the apartment is also beautiful. love living here !

This is truly a great place to call home I cannot thank Annette enough she has helped me and my family find somewhere to call home she’s and angel ! I love my home and community I live in we are all one family.

I love to be able to call this community my home. Everything about this property is perfect. It’s in a great area. The neighbors are nice. & the property has great management. If you are looking for a new place to call home, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

The staff, although there are few people in the office, has always made themselves available. Very helpful and always willing to help you through any situation. The campus is always kept clean and tidy. Air condition and heat work amazing. Trash can is a little far from my apartment but, that is my ONLY complaint.

We have only been here for a week and we love our new home. Our new manager is accommodating and curtious. Thank you Annette for working with us since January.

My kids and I have been living here going on 5 years so have witnessed first hand the name change, exterior updates, along with several manager changes in the front office my favorite though has to be Annette, she’s had my back more then once and I’m extremely grateful for that. My only issue is when I first moved here there were no dogs allowed, which has since changed so now my youngest daughter definitely has to watch when she’s playing out in the grass area, because some people don’t pick up after their dogs and there are now poop bags located around the community.

Me and my family have gone through a lot this last year and am very excited to be given a second chance. Thank you Annette. KK, JNK, and kids.

After me and my family having a horrible time finding an apartment Sonoma hieghts broke everything down for us, gave us a tour of our soon to be home and welcomed us with open arms! We love our new apartment here at Sonoma and we for sure didn’t regret it! Very amazing people and it’s a quite area no one really bothers you, and if you need anything you can call even after hours.

I’ve been living here for about six months, it’s a very quiet area. I don’t have any issues, Annette the manager is very understanding and always goes out of her way for the residents. I like how she does monthly get togethers, especially for the kids. My neighbors are friendly, rooms are spacey, and it’s very convenient to parks and nearby stores.

When I first found this apartment complex, I didn't think we gonna live here for years. I love the complex, because its nice and quiet. I feel more safe here, especially for my kids. I've had gone through so many managers changes and Ms. Mary had help me out a lot and she was an awesome person. Then I meet Annette, she's a very awesome lady and is willing to go beyond anything to help keep the complex safe. She always has something going every month and its fun. Thank you to Antonio as well. When something needs attention, he gets right on it and takes care of the problem. I love this place and don't want to move anywhere else. So thank you Sonoma Heights Team for this opportunity and a place I called home for my kids.

The office staff is amazing.They always work with you. And when something needed to be fixed maintenance always came the same day.

I am new to the area and had scheduled a tour with Annette. I explained to her that i would be coming in from out of state, she waited for me to arrive to give me a tour of the apartments and had everything already ready for me. The transpition was easy and she made me and my family feel very welcomed. She offered myself and my family a snack after our long drive. Since moving in she and her staff have been amazing! I espically enjoy the fun activities she has for her tenants. If you should have questions she is always on top of things. The community is very clean and quite and i cannont say enough about Annette and her maintance staff. Thank you!!

While going through a rough time and transition, Annette went above and beyond and made sure that our process was less stressful and was always made available when we needed her or had any questions. She is amazing. Best manager, sweet lady, all around a Godsend.

I am a brand new resident to this apt. But I must say that the manager Annette has been a godsend. After many impersonal apartment management teams, she’s like a breathe of fresh air. She has been truly wonderful throughout the whole application process, and has smoothly guided us to a truly nice apt. We are very excited to call this place our new home.

Dear Sonoma Heights, I have been a resident 4 several years. I've have seen managers come and go, but I think we have found the right one now in Anette. She has gone beyond the call of duty for us. She stays late hours just to make sure we are all ok and understand the rules. She is more involved with us than the other managers. Team Anette and Antonio for good maintenance!

These apartments are nice . its quiet and safe and the landlord is a very nice lady. Its a nice community to live in.

My family and I have been here for a little over 2 years and it has been a good choice. I have gone through a couple of management changes, but came in with Ms. Mary and she was great. We were coming in after a pretty stressful time, and she walked me through everything made sure we had everything we needed and even involved her management to ensure we were taken care of in her absence. I have always appreciated that so it has made a pretty positive impression that still remains. The 2 changes that have happened since I've been here have been good, with some small hiccups during the second change involving missed messages and a problem with the voicemail that was causing distortion which led to delays.. It was fixed pretty quickly though. We have had no major problems living here. My children enjoy the community and feel safe, they do wish for a play area though, and mention that often. (Escobedo Park, Fitch Park, and Pioneer Park are all really close by though). Things have definitely improved steadily over the 2 years and we are now able to request maintenance and pay rent online which I was waiting for as I work the same schedule as the office. We also have community events monthly now with the last change and that has been fun as well. There has been a gaming truck, ice cream social, give aways, etc. just adds a lil' flavor and gives an opportunity to meet people that I don't always see every day in my regular routine.

This apartment community is a great place to live, especially for families. The property manager Annette is phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure that my move in was smooth, timely and stress free. She was amazing at getting me through the application process and ensured that my unit was in perfect working order. She kept me informed every step of the way and should be commended by her superiors. If you are looking for a great affordable place to live then you should give Annette a call and she will provide you with the excellent customer experience that you deserve. The complex is friendly, clean and well maintained and any issues are promptly handled by maintenance in a timely manner.
