Property Ratings at Madison Dell Ranch Apartments
Staff have the poorest attitude and are completely unable to answer any questions I have. All I get in the 30+ I’ve been down there is “I don’t really know” and “I have no control over that” or my favorite “none of that money goes directly to me sir”. Every month new charges that don’t add up and the services that I did agreed to (such as valet trash for $30) never actually get utilized. What am I paying for then? Of all the times I have been there, I have not once heard a straight answer and each time it is a different one so they cannot even keep their lies consistent. But Candi the property manager just loves to boast about how she is tasked with managing two properties and how hard it is. Boo boo. My suggestion would be focus on running one well instead of running both sloppily. Stay away from here unless you have low self esteem and hate your money.
Called to just make sure rates lined up with the website. Told her I was interested in a 2x2 and I was about to tell her when I wanted it for until she cut me off! Proceeded to ask me what I wanted (like I didn’t just tell her). She told me their rates which were different from the website. At this point I was upset with how rude she was and I told her okay that’s all and she LAUGHED! So much for customer service.

I was new to Austin area when i moved in here 2 years ago.Was looking for someplace comfortable,relaxing,quiet and safe for living.I found madison at dell ranch and fell for it in first sight!! Really great community and great property admins who really care and look after.This propert remains the best choice in Dell /Round rock neighbourhood in my view.!! So far great memories here ..and i hope it continues!!!Keep it up Mary and Vanida!!!
When we moved in, everything looked top notch and clean. However, soon after we discovered things such as our bath tub was extremely slippery as it was coated with terrible paint, the paint ripped up as well and I had a horrible time trying to keep it clean, we had to have a bath mat. My boyfriend almost snapped his neck from falling in it the first time he showered. Our sinks leaked underneath, our dishwasher smelled of sewage at first, the dryer takes 3+ times to get our laundry dry, we found cockroaches, ceiling fan strings constantly broke and that's all I can think of for now. I will say that maintenance was always extremely fast to "fix" said issues (they would happen again or it was a lazy fix) but I did not like how they would bust into the apartment if I didn't answer the door fast enough, while I have a sleeping baby. The pool is shallow and the work out room is subpar. I wouldn't rent here again, even with the renovations they're doing, as they're probably cheap. The only good thing I have to say is that the office staff are sweet ladies
I can't say enough about this place it's absolutely amazing. Everyone is wonderful and the grounds are impeccable.
