The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Madera West Apartments
It is good for the price. Then again you get what you pay for as they say. Big space very clean inside an out but very roundy tenants at night. Gate has been broken since before I moved here . nice green property with clear pool and laundry facilities on site that charge about $2 a load! Would recommend for those trying to live at a nice price but not be in a really bad inviroment. Near pharmacy shopping center schools an freeway exit.
