Just like home

We have been here a couple of years now. Our neighbors are friendly. There is a sidewalk around the whole area to go for a walk/run. The pet owners can walk their pets. It’s just beautiful here. The trees are very tall, the grounds are kept so beautiful with plenty of flowers during each season. The apartments are an open floor plan that is very spacious. The office staff is awesome! They work together to give us a place we can call home. Maintenance is awesome!! They come quickly when we need them. I won’t be leaving anytime soon.

Very Helpful

I lived here for almost 2 years and loved it! I lived in a lot of apartments during and after college but this is the only one that I truly felt at home in. All maintenance issues were always taken care of promptly. When I moved out, I even got part of my security deposit back! Which has never happened in most of the apartments I lived in. Most places just nickle and dime you for everything. I even had a package arrive to my old apartment 9 months after I moved out and they were extremely helpful in returning it to me. If I didn't have to move out of the state, I would still be there.

It has been good overall. The office staff turnover has been weird. There are all new people working here, even a new manager, and they never told us. Some apartments have mice problems because of the location in the woods. You can definitely find more updated apartments but the size of these is the selling point. Would be nice to have workout facility, but love the pool area.

I love the setting. The deep woods in the back are beautiful, and my screened porch gets used almost as much as my living room. The grounds keeping is exceptional. I really don't think it could be done any better. The design and layout of the complex is neighborhoody, and it is a good place to walk. I like that it is pet friendly. I have cats indoors, but I like seeing the dogs, and most dog owners do a great job of cleaning up after their animals. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The location is very convenient for me. This is, for the most part, a quiet place, which is very important to me. The complex is old and has some attendant issues. The cabinets in my apartment are just awful, with ruined finishes, partly because of old layers of dirt I haven't been able to remove, and partly, at least in the master bath and sink area of the kitchen due to water splashing down on them for many years. There are also some poor woodwork construction and painting glitches, but nothing major. Overall, I really like living here. The woods, grounds and the quiet make it a pleasant place to be.

I love the... (Verified Renter)

I love the setting. The deep woods in the back are beautiful, and my screened porch gets used almost as much as my living room. The grounds keeping is exceptional. I really don't think it could be done any better. The design and layout of the complex is neighborhoody, and it is a good place to walk. I like that it is pet friendly. I have cats indoors, but I like seeing the dogs, and most dog owners do a great job of cleaning up after their animals. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The location is very convenient for me. This is, for the most part, a quiet place, which is very important to me. The complex is old and has some attendant issues. The cabinets in my apartment are just awful, with ruined finishes, partly because of old layers of dirt I haven't been able to remove, and partly, at least in the master bath and sink area of the kitchen due to water splashing down on them for many years. There are also some poor woodwork construction and painting glitches, but nothing major. Overall, I really like living here. The woods, grounds and the quiet make it a pleasant place to be.

Wonderful living as... (Verified Renter)

Wonderful living as a community and our apartment only one issue. A person who lives across the street parks in front our apt. Why? Right. My wife and another gentleman in our building have some disability. Because of he and his wife couldn?t care less, my handicapped wife had to walk across the street to get home. Would like the apt mgr to just say to them. It is customary to park in front of your own building. Honestly, they would tell the manager no! Very, very annoying!

A Hidden Gem

I looked at many apartments in the area that were cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Wind Ridge is hidden away, private, quiet and peaceful with unbelievable views. I'm sitting on my couch right now looking out the window at the mountains! Every apartment has a screened in porch and I'm on the ground level so I have a nice yard for when I get a dog. Gorgeous landscaping. Beautiful pool with a waterfall. Two grills in a shaded area by the pool. Discount on Cable. I seriously never want to leave. All this and practically downtown. It's small, but feels like a house & I love it!
